July 01, 2015 Mr/Ms: President, CEO, Chairperson, Director, SVP – Finance, CFO I would like to apply and be appointed as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), a Senior Executive position, of the Company. I shall be paid of Professional Fee amounting to 80,000 pesos monthly or 40,000 pesos every after the 15 th and 30 th day of every month (negotiable) inclusive of Value Added Tax of 12% subject to appropriate Expanded Withholding Tax applicable to Individual Professional CPA. I shall be exempted from all forms of withholdings pertaining to salaried Employees. I shall not be covered of regular hours of a day’s work. I shall be expected to work at least 4 hours daily, Monday to Friday. I shall have the following responsibilities or functions: 1. Must report directly to the President, Board of Directors or Business Owner. 2. Must oversee the Financial Reporting of the company including the Financial Statements, SEC, BIR and other reports including coordination with CIO, Independent Committee and External Auditor. 3. Must prepare annual budget and recommendation of financial measures and income distribution. 4. Must approve appointment of Accounting Manager. 5. Must approve payments and a signatory of Checks and other monetary instruments. 6. Must perform responsibilities or functions daily. 7. Must report daily to the President or Chief Executive Officer or Chief Operating Officer or Business Owner.
