Chevys Fresh Mex® is an ultra-casual restaurant concept that offers an array of freshly prepared Mexican dishes in a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant design is a cantina style with a vibrant layout. Chevys prepares its dishes daily from scratch using only the freshest ingredients. Not cans

The Shannon Rose Irish Pub is Doherty’s own concept. It’s a friendly, inviting pub serving a wide variety of authentic Irish / American foods and perfect pints of favorite brews with Irish hospitality. There is great live music and the kind of crowds that always ensure a good time! The interior is warm and cozy, with beautiful Celtic motifs and fine Irish craftsmanship

from floor to ceiling.

Spuntino Wine Bar & Italian Tapas is Doherty’s own concept. The tapas-style menu allows guests to have a one-of-a-kind experience tasting different menu items each visit. The extensive wine list features several Italian wines by the glass, hand-picked by the Doherty family and executive team, as well as fine wines by the bottle. Spuntino translates to “an informal meal; snacks” – perfect for the smaller tapas portions.

Noodles & Company is about serving real food, real quick. The menu features made-to-order noodles, salads and sandwiches inspired from around the world that make everyone happy from kids to adults. Think Mac & Cheese, Pad Thai, Chinese Chop Salad, Pesto Cavatappi and a

Wisconsin Cheesesteak Sandwich all under one roof.
