How to Make a Cup of Tea for Sr. Management

1.Purpose:
To make an organized set of effective & efficient work procedure for making a perfect cup of tea for sr. management.
2. Procedure
Pre-stage:
Raw tea (With Tea bag).Raw tea (with zinger , lemon )Green Tea ( for health conscious person) Milk tea Premade Tea in pot with Separate tea leaf
1st Step Need to set the vast options of Tea , we have made a list here which we can serve.
Weekly communicate with purchase team to ensure for the right quality raw material of all the above options.
2nd step Check if following tools are ready & clean –
1. Stove & Fire Box2. Kettle 3. Cups & Caplets 4. Spoon
Check if following ingredients are fine –1. Water2. Tea bags
3. Milk in milk pot 4. Zinger & Lemon 5. Natural Sugar 6. Sugar Alternative 7. Honey
Making Stage3rd Step
Put the required amount of water (Based on number of cup of tea) in an kettle and fire the stove.
Continue to boil for 4-5 minutes and turn off the heat when the water start evaporating.
Remove the pot from the heat.
Then pour water onto a cup and put 1 tea bag into the hot water for 30-45 seconds and continue soaking till you find the desired level liquor from being released into the tea. Then remove tea bag.
Note: For strong liquor need to add more tea bags rather than soaking tea bag for long time.
For sweetening, add 1-2 spoon sugar or honey (according to taste demanded) and stir well.
Presentation Stage:4th Step We need to use trolley to carry all . And also need to care about dress , that should be neat & clean . Never serve that is more than 30 minutes old. Must smell the tea to be sure it is fresh. And serve tea to the management with a water bottle & biscuit .
Note: On category of the tea, we should follow different procedure
