KMC MAG Group, an international associate of Savills, is looking for a smart, creative and proven Business Development Manager to drive business development in the real estate sector and will be based in our Bonifacio Global City office. As the expert in real estate, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and prospecting investors and property owners that meet our ideal client profile. Once engaged, you will work with the KMC top management to develop marketing program strategies that support the growth goals of our clients. Primary Responsibilities: Qualifications: Other Candidate Attributes: • Partner with the strategic business development team to identify and pursue target client lists • Proactively contact & prospect client lists to arrange new meetings, capabilities presentations, conference calls and in-person meetings via email, cold calling, mailings, interactions via social networks, etc. • Position KMC MAG Group as the leading real estate services provider for prospective customers • Showcase and deliver KMC MAG Group’s value propositions to prospective clients • Excel at moving prospects through the sales funnel from cold to warm through value added on-going follow up. • Exceed sales impression activity and meeting quota • Efficiently manage time against email/campaign goals & meeting goals • Focused on achieving revenue targets • Ability to identify and capitalize on trends and shifts in the marketplace KMC MAG Group is HIRING!
