2. Gizmodo: is an online magazine and platform that provides its users with information and articles related to technology, design, and social trends. It provides its information and articles under several categories such as science, gadgets, interesting facts, design, software, and culture. It provides its readers with a blog and enables them to comment and express their thoughts and views.

Gigaom: news is a global technology news site that provides deep insight and analysis of emerging technologies that are disrupting industries, as well as the people and trends driving the disruption. 5.5 million monthly unique readers turn to Gigaom to better understand these seismic shifts and the new opportunities they are creating.

Evernote: is a suite of software and services, designed for note-taking and archiving. A "note" can be a piece of formatted text, a full webpage or webpage excerpt, a photograph, a voice memo, or a handwritten note. Notes can also have file attachments. Notes can be sorted into folders, then tagged, annotated, edited, given comments, searched, and exported as part of a notebook.

Evernote supports a number of operating system platforms and also offers online synchronization and backup services.

LinkedIn is a social networking site designed specifically for the business community. The goal of the site is to allow registered members to establish networks of people they know and trust professionally.

A LinkedIn member’s profile page, which emphasizes employment history and education, has professional network news feeds and a limited number of customizable modules. Network members are called “connections.” Unlike other free social networking sites like Facebook  or Twitter , LinkedIn requires connections to have a relationship.

WordPress is the easiest way to create a website or blog. First it uses a blogging system , but it has evolved to be used as full content management system and so much more through the thousands of plugins, widgets, and themes, WordPress is limited only by your imagination.

SlideShare: is a Web 2.0 based slide hosting service. Users can upload files privately or publicly in the following file formats: PowerPoint, PDF, or OpenDocument presentations. The website is considered to be similar to YouTube, but for slideshows. Although the website is primarily a slide hosting service, it also supports documents, PDFs, and videos. SlideShare also provides users the ability to rate, comment on, and share the uploaded content.
