1. Event sold out in weeks2. Key example of how AIIM chapters can help sell AIIM Training and realize
revenue and reach out to potential new members3. Key example of benefit of working jointly with local ARMA/PMI chapters
and added value to Corporate Sponsors of both organizations4. Over the top positive feedback from attendees5. Revenue of $4,000-12,000 to NCC-AIIM7. The event publicized AIIM training and certification programs, leading to
additional training revenue8. The events produces additional New NCC-AIIM members9. The events are joint projects with other local not-for-profits to build

Revenue Breakdown (estimate per event)
• Each event is a 50-50 venture with the revenues and costs split evenly between NCC-AIIM and the ARMA/PMI Chapter.
• Facility – Donated by Corporate Member• Cost of Class: $7,000 (AIIM Trainer)• Food: $44 per person x 30 = $1,335
– Morning Coffee, Juice, Continental Breakfast– Mid-morning Break– Lunch: Meat Loaf, Pasta with Chicken, Shish Kabobs– Mid-afternoon Break with Dessert
• Trainer Travel Expenses = $671 (est)• Revenue: $595 per person x 30 = $17,850• Net Revenue = $8,000 / 2 = $4,000
