XXX Life Insurance, an Indian Insurance company has given target to all its Sales Managers, for the monthof September 2008.But due to Economic slowdown,many of them can’t achieve it. So the company wasforced to inform them about the performance issue.

We made the decision to give you repeated chances at performing you duties to the required standards of the company, but your recent work has not been complete or accurate and therefore is useless.  With this type of performance,_______________ (Insert Company Here) has decided to relieve you of your duties as a ________________(Insert Job Title).
