Make copies of these included training documents for yourself and future Independent Business Owners. Keep original documents in a safe place for future duplication.

Use this ‘Memory Jogger’ and a blank piece of paper to create a Master Contact List of EVERYONE that you know…Do not pre-judge!

Apply the Partner Profile Survey to each person on your Master Contact List.

Based on highest score, identify the Top 36 contacts, and transfer the names to your “Future Business Partners” page under “My Top 36 Partners”.

Further refine your Top 36 Partners to a list of “Top 12 Preferred Partners”. These will be the people you contact first.

Identify the “brightest and best” of your Top 12 Preferred Partners, according to their score.

With the help of your Enrolling Partner or Up-Line, determine an appropriate strategy to contact your Top 12 Preferred Partners.

Talk to your Enroller or Up-Line about how to follow-up with your Top 12.

MASTER CONTACT LIST

Your master contact list will be your starting point.

Use the contact page in your packet, it will give you ideas on getting your list started.

Think about everyone you know, The neighbor, your lawn man, the mailman, your cousin, father-in-law, sister, aunt, the cashier, the waitress etc.

DO NOT PRE-JUDGE, jot down ALL the names that come to mind. We will whittle them down with the Partner Profile Survey.

YOUR POTENTIAL “PARTNERS IN SUCCESS” PROFILE SURVEY

The profile survey is useful in developing your contact list which is vital in your business being a success.

Answer the questionnaire for each person on your master contact list.

Use the potential survey on all the names you have written on your Memory Jogger list.

Then tally up there scores and jot down your Top 36, those will help you identify your Future business partners.

HOW TO MAKE AN APPROACH

What is an approach? A short conversation that lasts 5-7 minutes or 3-5 sentences if done in writing that has a simple goal of directing someone into the ACTION of listening or viewing a presentation.

What is NOT an approach? This is NOT a presentation. Nor is it the time or place to “give the details”.

3-WAY CALLS

Keep it simple and guide the conversation to the natural next step.

Set the call up for success so the mentor knows exactly where to take the conversation.

Have a list of your support team on hand: Set your follow up times within a time frame to ensure 3-

way availability ( 4:00-4:30 PM) Call or text message your support team person before

your 3-way. Keep the introduction short and let them know they are

waiting on your call. Introduce the prospect thoroughly with who they are to

you (ex: how you know them) What have they looked at (ex: website or phone sizzle),

their focus (The Food reserves or The Business Opportunity) Have enrollment paperwork ready to take down

information

the phone numbers and email addresses to go with them.

Reach out to your entire contact list by tomorrow inviting them to the call. Circle all the ways you will contact them: Phone, Email, Text Message, Facebook

Make a quick reminder via text message or phone 20 minutes prior to the call for those who said they would attend.

After the call tomorrow night call your support team until you find someone available to call back all of your contacts who said they would be on the call for the 3-way follow up of validation.
