Are you a creative juggernaut? A social media maven? Able to think faster than the speed of
light when it comes to navigating the latest social and digital media trends? If this is you, we should talk. We’re looking for somebody who is
equally as personable online as they are in person (and somebody who hasn’t used YOLO in
at least three years).
What Does the Manager of Interactive Strategy Do?
As the Manager of Interactive Strategy, you’ll be defining a new role at our rapidly growing
company. We’re looking for a leader who can work collaboratively with multiple departments to
optimize new business opportunities for non-profit and commercial clients, and who displays expertise
with search engine optimization, integration, monitoring and analysis of social media trends.
And that’s not all:
You’ll innovate digital media for our already diverse roster of clients, develop campaign
pitches for new business opportunities and stay current with social and digital media trends and
best practices. And finally, you will lead our team of interactive strategists to implement
campaigns and help our customers achieve their goals.
Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related business area required8+ years experience building, implementing and driving successful marketing and communications teams, strategies and analyticsPublic speaking and presentation skillsProven ability to develop and work within a project budgetExtensive knowledge of all social and digital marketing and communications solutions and techniques

ResponsibilitiesOversees online marketing, social media, mobile and email strategies for non-profit and commercial clients, across all existing social and digital networks and emerging platformsLeads our Strategic Fundraising team in the development of online marketing strategies that increase donor and volunteer acquisition and fundraisingProvides support, conducts reviews and assigns projects to the Interactive StrategistEvaluates digital and social marketing tools to enhance our company’s array of technical resources and accelerate our competitive edge via social, email, online and mobile growth offerings
ResponsibilitiesStrategizes with clients and monitors campaign performanceCreates and monitors multichannel digital marketing campaigns that leverage emergent technology for clients and internal business developmentUtilizes PPC, SEO, social media, email and mobile communications to energize and motivate clients and their target audiencesOptimizes social and digital content development processes, from idea generation to measuring and reporting results to clients
