I have been working in the District Office for over 7 years. My duties include working side by side with Agency Owners and their Staff establishing efficient day to day operations flow through efficiently. Working at the District Office has given me the opportunity to experience all the systems and support Farmers has to offer for all the agencies, especially new agencies with multiple bonus incentives and training program to insure success while starting your own business. I have also had the great opportunity to experience how Farmers Insurance, is involved in the Community, Fundraising events, Educational programs, M.I.L.K, and other events. Working with the District office has allowed me to play a crucial role in the development of new offices, from the first interview to moving in to their own office.

Having spent 7 years in Law School and parallel obtained a psychology degree I have devoted a big portion of my life to education, which is now helping me as a professional. I have had an extensive amount of business experience both in law and other fields which have taught me excellent work ethics in both managing and independent positions. A lot of my law experience was dedicated to drafting contracts, which allows me to adequately review products offered by Farmers and choose the policies, which will best benefit our clients. I am very passionate about Farmers and what we holistically as a company are capable of doing for our clients

Before coming to work for Don I spent the first 11 years of my insurance career as a Farmers Agent. That experience has helped lead me to my position as reserve agent trainer and now, the Agency Business Consultant. My goal is to assist agencies achieve their peak potential with the use of tools and best practices provided by the Company and our most productive agents. Optimizing performance by enhancing the core strengths of each individual agency is what will ultimately bring long-term sustainable growth to the Agency force, the District and ultimately the company as a whole.

I have 14 years of experience training insurance agents. The last 10 years include instructing the State Life Pre-Licensing Course. With Farmers District 65 my duties included leading the LUTCF Certification courses taught through the American College to help our agents increase their knowledge and ability to better serve our clients. I also assist them in making sure their life policies are issued as seamlessly as possible. My background includes a Finance Degree from California State University, Los Angeles, and I currently serve as the treasurer for my church. My credentials include the California Life & Health, and Property & Casualty Licenses, the Public Notary license, and the Federal Securities license through FINRA
