Cost AnalysisAfter examining the Disaster Recovery Plan, lets take a look at the cost of a disaster from an extreme point of view. The most valued components of the Preston University is its servers to do business with the insurance companies.

Example: 3 Servers are down and none operational. Each server costs 6000rs and it will take 4 hours each to get new servers online and operational.

Application Server 20% of the businessWeb Server 10% of the businessDatabase Server 30% of the preston university

The Servers are60% of the university

Total cost required to develop this network is 60000rs

Testing New Network

• Through using a Network Testing Script, many areas of the network can be tested at once. This will ensure that there are no problems once the network is in place for business.
