Mac, This may have been sent twice but I am unclear if you received it, but be advised. You continue to communicate to others information that is not true. Jerri Garrison communicated to me the first time I met her, and continuously during my time at Baylor Plano that she did want me to be a research partner with Baylor Plano. She arranged meetings, designated several areas on campus for me to pursue and develop for research, and discussed the matter with me both alone and in the presence of several Baylor staff members. She also communicated the same in several emails that are stored on my computers. I wanted to clarify with you because you are wrong. And this is not the first time you have misrepresented the facts about me to others. You are on the list of people who work with or for Baylor who have communicated in the recent past information of a nature that is simply defamation. And on more than one occasion. I would ask that you be more prudent in the future because the amount of damage you and Baylor staff, chief among them Jerri Garrison, has done to my reputation as a neurosurgeon is not possible to measure in terms of damages. The list of people guilty of the same, the direct link to Baylor Plano, and nature of those things communicated are sad and unprofessional. The ironic thing is that Ms. Garrison's remarks are among the most damaging and bizarre of all others I refer to. BUT EACH INDIVIDUAL, THEIR DEFAMATORY REMARKS, AN EXTENSIVE LIST OF WITNESSES, AND THE DIRECT LINK TO BAYLOR AND ITS TOP LEADERSHIP GROWS LONGER AND LONGER. I consult, collaborate, participate as faculty, invent, teach, and assist more hospitals, universities, spine companies, biotechnology companies, and organizations than any other staff at Baylor Plano. I have 24 years experience leading the field as scientist and neurosurgeon. What you communicated to my attorney is either a direct lie or simply more attempts to damage my reputation. My patience is wearing thin. Recently you privately communicated to one of my attorneys, that on one of the routine drug tests, I delayed 3 days. You and she and Baylor staff know that is not true. Through that difficult time I cooperated on all matters. Took all drugs tests. At the time requested. And Negative on all accounts. If you wish to disclose something related here, disclose the facts and truth of the matter.. I will remove Baylor from my web site as soon as I can get a call back from my IT staff. My three attorneys were copied on this. Regards
