DESCRIPTION
As a interaction activity for students and employers at Indiana University's hcid-connect, teams were given 40 minutes to design an e-reader that more faithfully represented the reading experience. The premise was that Steve Jobs was dissatisfied with the reading experience of his Sony Reader and Amazon Kindle. Small teams of employers and students worked together to more faithfully translate the reading experience to a technical object. Aside from achieving the main goal of becoming familiar with each other in a work-like setting, this was the filtered result of their aggregate effort. It is meant to be read as a quick presentation to Steve Jobs himself.
