PROJECT SCOPE
• Big Data Co. (to remain unnamed) is a new kind of research company in Beta that empowers shoppers to own and monetize their data safely.
• Users connect their credit or debit cards and allow tracking of their shopping transactions in exchange for monetary or other value.
•We were tasked to redesign their consumer dashboard and sign up flow in preparation for their company launch.

DESIGN OUTCOME
•No one looked for FAQ’s to answer any questions about transactions or rewards or dates
•New Users felt comfortable completing the sign up flow without questions
• Users could clearly see that making a referral, adding a card, or taking a survey could earn them money
•Overall positive impression of Big Data Co. is a company that is honest, upfront and modern
Our design did even more than it set out to do.
