The INTERIOR DIVIDERS is a distinct set of innovative and contemporary sliding door panels with proprietary hardware systems used in a wardrobe application, surface mounted door, wall pockets, corner room dividers or wall partitions. These door systems are limited to interior applications only.

SLEEK WARDROBE




The Sliding Passage Door System does not require a floor track. It features a uniquely designed wall mounted wheel guide for easy installation and full egress.

Each top roller assembly consist of two top roller assemblies each consisting of four nylon wheels with ball bearing axles for easy and smooth operation. Roller assemblies also feature anti-jump design with 3/4” vertical adjustability.

2 PANEL TRACKLESS WARDROBE(Continued)By butting the top tracks together we get the correct distance for butting the twin bottom guides together allowing for correct alignment of the panels.

The current distance between the doors is ½” which is a gap that is 3/16” larger than the gap in the 3 Panel door.

If we were to create a new stamped metal part that combined the twin bottom rollers we could reduce the gap to 5/16”.

As a result of ripping the tab, the gap between the doors becomes 5/16” instead of ½” as in the two panel system.

o Wall brackets are mirrors of each other so only two stamped parts are required to handle left or right hinge installations.

o Pivot inserts are mirrors of each other so only two die cast parts are required to handle left or right hinge installations.

o The Pivot pin has a knurled edge to allow for easy rotation for alignment during installation.

o The door will require a ball catch latch to secure and stop the door in the closed position, like we currently do with the geared hinge door. Our current UDC latch could work with a few modifications to the handle and bolt catch.

o If casing is going to be used to stop the door, the minimum height would be 5/16” unless an out of plumb condition dictated otherwise.
