Look at the following posters and decide what you like about them and don’t like

Use some of the ideas to help you design your email etiquette document

Example 1

This uses:

• Numbered bullets for each rule• Border• Heading – is centred and

underlined

• No corporate identity!

Example 2

This uses:

• Borders for the Do’s and Don’ts boxes

• Green for the Do’s and Red for the Don’ts - Colour

• Heading is centred and clear• Does have a logo (but is the

corporate identity strong?)

This uses:

• Listed bullets for the Do’s and Don’ts

• Columns to separate the Do’s and Don’ts

• Heading very in style of logo• Logo included for company• Colour to separate text• Images linked with house

colours around the edges
