You will work on an ongoing project involving the transformation of the entire retailing system of 7000 outlets of one of India’s largest Oil Companies (also a Fortune 500 Company) and in the process touch the lives of millions of truckers across the country. Your team will use the learning of this project to build a generic set of scalable models for customer service transformation in any customer-interfacing system anywhere in the world.
