Design managers mission The design is a more global concept than only
draw or defines shapes, objects and products.
The figure of the Design Manager is a
professional who is dedicated to design
thinking about the important asset for the
company, and how to manage it strategically to
provide the company or institution in a leading
position in the market, obtaining profitability.
The opportunity for Design Manager is
demonstrate how design can help to link
creativity and innovation.

1. INDENTIFY NEEDS
Costumer requirements:
Multifunction for the city and surrounding rural area.
Accessible elevator to all floors.
Level free access
Parking areas for bus and for disabled people.
The school must be integrating 3 classrooms with app. 15 – 20 pupil
Activity areas for 60 – 70 people.
Activity rooms for habitants could be:
- Gymnastics for children
- Mother and child gymnastics - Spinning
- Fitness
- Meeting room and kitchen
- Club facilities for the youth
Integration of the local library
CONCLUSION
CHANGES AND REASONS:
Incorporation of glass structure: the large
glass entrance shell creates a space connected
directly with the nature that helps in the
learning of children.
It is between the fitness and education area,
creating independent spaces according to their
function.
Incorporation main entrance ramp: access
adaptation to disabled people in order to make
easier the access at the school.
Incorporation of the elevation; adaptation for
the disabled people to make easier the access to
any part of the building.
Incorporation a sliding wall between two
classes in order to creates the possibility of
expanding space.
