It’s been designed by Ricardo Bofill Levi.He was born in Barcelona (Spain), December 5, 1939. He studied at French Lyceum, School of Top Technology of Architecture of Barcelona and in the University of Geneva.In 1985 he was elected an honorary member of the American Institute of Architects.Bofill is one of the leading representatives of the postmodern style of contemporary architecture.
