I value determination, listening, creativity, leadership, and building up a positive team. I believe in embracing change in the industry that we work in.
Value Statement
My purpose for being employed in the gaming industry is to be open minded to the team and be a team player. I want to guide a team to success and earn the respect of every team member.
Purpose Statement
My mission is to grow in the industry by developing solid products that the gaming industry needs. I want to show that the quality of the work is what is important.
Mission Statement
Due to the growing of the industry, I envision myself being the leader of my own design team in a big company. I envision my company being known for respect and loyal within the team. A company that can get tasks done under pressure.
Vision Statement
In light of your Leadership Development Goals and as a potential 360-degree leader, how could you use your Values and Purpose to Lead-Up?
I would be a person that is open minded with the team and be determined to fulfill every task at hand. I would help out my team with any problem that they would encounter and find a solution for it (Maxwell, The 360-Degree Leader, 2005, p.5). I would learn how to complete any tasks even if it is something I’m unfamiliar with.
360-degree Leader Answers Question # 1
In light of your Leadership Development Goals and as a potential 360-degree leader, how could you use your Mission to Lead-Across?
I would lead my team to success by making sure the right communication and leadership is present at all times. I would show my team that its not always about competition to become the best. I would show my team that it isn’t a bad thing to be open to the ideas of other besides their own (Maxwell, The 360-Degree Leader, 2005, p.7).
360-degree Leader Answers Question # 2
In light of your Leadership Development Goals and as a potential 360-degree leader, how could you use your Vision to Lead-Down?
I would be a person that would encourage my team members to believe in themselves as much as I believe in them. I would respect and show them appreciation for the work that they accomplish. I would motivate my team to accomplish tasks at the highest level possible, especially when we are in stressful situations (Maxwell, The 360-Degree Leader, 2005, p. 8).
