We will make a simple box using a CNC Plasma. 1) First we need a design. We can use a CAD software. You can create

designed by AutoCAD, SolidWORK, Inventor or even by CorelDraw. Ok,

let’s start. Make two draws. See below.

2) Save as the draws as DXF file.

3) Open SheetCAM and import first file. Setting the machine as explain in Tutorial Page (see:

www.maxtronpersada.com). Run the project. Save as a tap file.

4) Repeat step 4 for the second file.

5) Open Mach3 Plasma and load G-Code. Choose tap file that we’ve created before and run the

projects. (You can see the Tutorial Mach3 in this link).

6) This is the result. You can see the edge of the plate doesn’t clear enough. You have to clear using

grinder.

7) Grinding the plate using grinder, edge by edge until it all smooth.

8) After the edges are smooth, draw the line on those plat. See below.

9) Bend it with the vise as seen below.

10) Assembly all those plate, and the box is a wrap. You can paint them to become more

beautiful.
