Martela Diagonal lobby furniture was perfect for the Music Centre's lobby. Diagonal diagonally cut pieces follow the same theme as the building and its other facilities. Same shape can be found in free standing furniture as well as surface fixtures, and materials.

Architecture in Helsinki Music Centre is a comment on the architecture, building and architecture that respects the environment. The idea continues in interior design as the building’s public spaces are very simply decorated.

Halls, foyers and their utility rooms are of color, material and furniture peaceful and thus support the "A mezza voce"-idea. Facilities do not steal the role for himself, but the background for the music experience.
