Midterm Reflection!Devin Hordagoda

In the past two months I have learned a lot about different types of communications, but the most interesting aspect about it would have to be all the different types of techniques you can use to take a picture, because before this class I didn’t know about almost half of the different types that are there.

One of the biggest skills that I learned in this class so far, is presenting skills, I learned that I need to make more eye contact, not look at the screen too much while presenting, also to keep my voice loud and clear.

Best skill learned from presenting

One of the biggest challenges or obstacles I had to overcome was presenting in front of a class I have never been in before, I didn’t know more than half of the people when I first presented but then it got easier when we went further in the class it got a lot more easier. I also had a bit of struggle at first with the iMac because I wasn’t used to the computer, I had some trouble getting the hang of it, but now its all good.

I’m hoping that we learn all the different ways to animate, I also hope we get to use Photoshop in the future, because I find photoshop really cool and fun to mess with.

I set a goal for myself at the beginning of the year to make sure that I have a good mark, a mark over 80, my mark is a little lower than that, mostly because I started slacking in class and not really trying. I changed that and now I want to get my mark up higher and reach my goal of above 80.
