I would show shots of the girl getting lost in a white sheet and use different experimental shots to show this.

I will show shots of hands and shadows on walls. I will make them do different, unusual movement.

I will show a relationship between two people at this point showing that the girl is sad by this other person and this is used by metaphors to show how this person clings onto them.
