Sketching

What is it?

It’s everything that is not yet in the hands of the

end-user

Why should we do it?

Let’s get to work

What to do?• Divide into groups of 2 or 3 and pick one idea to iterate on.

• Find 1-3 use cases for each App and sketch each step of the flow. Then connect them up using the POP app.

• Show your progress to another group and get feedback when your done. Iterate.

• Remember that a flow can also include stages performed on the iPhone, with an iBeacon or any other physical object and/or position. If so, try to sketch that too.

• Have an open mind, at this stage everything is possible.

Remember that a sketch is…

• …about understanding

• …the shortest way to the next iteration

• …fast!

• …not a visual.

Things to considerHow can you sketch the…

• …flow, not the details.

• …user journey/situation

• …user feature/interface

• …interaction with others

• As a member of the group I want to see who’s coming

• As a group we’d like to cancel this weeks training if there isn’t enough users showing up

• As a member of a group I want to contact another team member

• As a member of a group I’d like to post pics or other media from a training activity

• As a member I’d like to get motivation on why to join this weeks exercise

• As a group we’d like suggestions on new things to do during training

Example use cases for B2B Swish

• As a company I want too see a daily profit report

• As a company I want to see if I have any returning customers

• As a company I want to see how much people are spending

• As a company I want to get demographics data
