Film is a powerful medium that combines the qualities of all other forms of communication into a singular experience. It can be at once heard, read and seen. All of its techniques
can be understood as the creation, definition and manipulation of a single unique element for the storyteller:
TIME
Film can condense time, expand time, repeat time, capture time, stop time and fool time. The one thing it can’t do is escape it. Every
