ANALYSIS:• Placement of dining is not appropriate as it is very far from kitchen and creates problem in circulation.

• Servants quarter is outside the unit may be for safety reasons.

• Dining area have no daylight facility to cater light in that area.

• No good use of the space at the entry to the 3rd room can be seen… just a dark space.

• The zone between the kitchen and the puja area suffers light and ventilation problem… as there is no such window or any puncture seen to cater that space with light.

ANALYSIS:• According to this orientation kitchen is catered with west sun which adds a negative point to the planning.

• There is an additional entry to the kitchen from the lobby area may be for servants as servants room have no individual entry which also is a hindrance in the security.

• Living and dining which are mostly occupied areas are having south sun it give benefit to these areas in winters as south sun help units to be warm all day. But in summers these area will only create problem as they will get heat up the most.• Shaft for a toilet is very far from the sanitary fitting
