These are simply my personal suggestions for applications that will enhance your Tablet experience. Some of these applications I am still playing with and testing for personal use in my business practices to see how I can best implement them into my daily tasks and others were simply recommended by others. Some of applications serve the same purposes and tasks. You will want to test each for yourself and see which you prefer. If you come across any applications not included on this list and I know there are many to choose from please send to me for review and sharing.

Because Evernote can search within PDF files, and uses OCR to search text in images, just about anything you can get into Evernote from your computer, cell phone as text, or cell camera is searchable later. It's a really efficient way to store information, but even more so, to locate it later. Here are 50 ways in which I use Evernote in my real estate business.

Communication1. Email notes right out of Evernote to anyone.2. Take photos of plats, courthouse documents, etc. and send to Evernote from the field.3. SHAWN MASSEY, CCIM, SCLSShawn joined the Memphis Office of The Shopping Center Group in 2003 and became a partner in 2008 to focus on shopping center leasing and tenant representation. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration and an MBA in finance and real estate from The University of Memphis. Prior to joining The Shopping Center Group, Shawn was a Senior Project Manager for Cingular Wireless (AT&T) and was responsible for real estate development management, construction and implementation for retail stores, wireless antenna and tower infrastructure for Tennessee and Mississippi. He is adjunct professor at The University of Memphis where he teaches the masters level class in real estate development and sustainability. He holds both the CCIM and SCLS designations. Shawn engages in tenant representation, third party leasing/sales, investment sales, development consulting and community consulting in the retail sector.

Shawn is the co-founder of The Memphis Business Academy K-12 Charter Schools located in the Frayser community of Memphis.

He is the current Vice President of the Memphis Metro CCIM Chapter.
