Suprisingly Disaster happens in the United States as well, however, insurance does not always cover the aftermath of a disaster eventhough individuals suffering from disaster is techinically covered. The clause "Act of God" usually triumps all claims and the insurance holders suffer. The US should take care of its citizens who suffer after a disaster who are not really covered their insurance providers.

NASA is important, however, we spend more on NASA rather than spending on pollutuion control or saving the earth. I believe spending on NASA is totally worth less.the U.S. gained from this investment? NASA claims it put a man on the moon. While this is a great achievement, besides national pride, what purpose did it ultimately serve the citizens of America? The same is true with the rovers landed on Mars or the spacecraft used to chase comets. Instead of Spending the money on Nasa, it is better to spend money in paying back the debts or using the money to fund various projects which will help recuce pollution.
