DR. NARENDRA SINGH
Dr. Narendra Singh was born in a prominent family of Bharatpur (Rajasthan) in village Pidawali in June, 1961. He completed his education with M.S, M.Tech and Ph.D from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He has carried out his post doctoral studies from University of Leeds, England. He has vast experience of Technical Education in Universities of America, Austria & Australia. Dr. Singh has been associated with promotion of Quality Technical Education in the country. He has also worked on various aspects of promotion & utilization of various sources of energy.
I extend my heartiest welcome to all brilliant and ambitious young students who have enthusiastically opted for a commendable career in the field of engineering and management. WCTM earnestly endeavours to strive in educating and training the future engineers, technologists and managers. The global economic order, the rapid rate of technological advancement, the information revolution, all have opened multifaceted challenges as well as opportunities for the engineers of this millennium. We aim to impart benefiting knowledge to the aspiring students of engineering and management so as to develop their overall personality and transform them into well trained technological personnel. This enables them to take on the challenges in personal and professional life. We constantly review our programmes to update and improve while making sure that students gain thinking skills , analytical frameworks , interpersonal and communication skills which will be advantageous to them in the future. Dr. Ritu Singh has completed her Ph.D from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Further she worked for two years with IIT, Delhi. Thereafter, she did her Post Doctorate from University of Leeds, UK under Nehru Centenary British Fellowship programme of Govt. of India and Govt. of UK. The past few years she has been associated with a number of technical institutes in India and abroad.

Kunwar Nishant Singh has completed his MS Engineering and Management, King's College, University of London, UK. For past few years he has been associated with World College of Technology and Management. He is on the Board of Advisory Committee of RIET, Jaipur RCEW, Jaipur RPC, Jaipur KITE, Jaipur, CGI, Bharatpur (Rajsthan).

We also regularly interact with Industry to find out their requirements and train and guide you to meet these requirements.

Brigadier Rakesh Kaushish (Retired)is currently serving the institute as Director. He has over thirty four years of experience in the Indian Army, with core competencies in Telecomm Engineering and Value added services. He also has a vast experience in management and implementation of Telecomn infrastructure and Electronic Warfare projects for the Army in conjunction with Industry, DPSUs and DRDO. He is a M.Tech in Microwaves and Optical Comn Engg from IIT Kharagpur and Masters in Management Sciences from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He is also a qualified soft skills trainer.

We have been consistently maintaining an excellent recruitment record. The students of WCTM have been recruited by some of the world's top corporate, besides leading Indian companies. A team of hardworking and talented executives work with different departments of the college and industry to bridge the gap between academics and professional world ensuring the students are well-prepared before stepping into the job arena. Our placement cell lays focus on conducting campus interviews, industry institute interaction meet and arranging off-campus interviews etc.

We invite companies in our campus to conduct pre-placement talks with the students. These talks give the students an idea about the recruiting organizations and opportunities available within them. It also gives the students a chance to interact with employees of the company and learn more about the work culture. Based on these talks, students decide if they wish to apply in those organizations or not.
The willing students submit their resumes to the company after the presentation or to the placement committee in case the companies wish to have them early prior to their arrival on campus.
Based on the student's resume and their academic records, the companies shortlist students and inform in advance to the placement committee. Our placement team helps the students in preparing any typ e of data or rep ort . Prior to arrival on campus, the companies inform the
plac ement c ommitte e ab out the re cruitment pro c e dure to b e followe d by them, like group discussions, case studies, personal interviews & written tests etc. After the selection process, organizations are requested to announce the list of selected candidates on the campus itself with their appointment letters.

Old Dominion University began its tradition of excellence when it was founded in 1930 by the College of William and Mary, the second oldest university in the United States. Established as an extension of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, and Virginia Polytechnic Institute in

learning, which came as a panacea for the crisis is increasingly seen as a new paradigm in education. WCTM is
continuously striving for “The best for its students” through online learning & teaching.
ANNUAL FESTTo give a boost of enthusiasm, we organize cultural festivals for our students every year with great fervor. From eminent celebrities performing in the fest every year to various tech fest, we make campus life a fun-filled experience. We provide a great platform to the students to showcase their innate talent and creativity. Fests are a way to build up a network amongst the students which in turn help them to bond better and work together as a unit. This philosophy has been propagated by us.
A week full of enthusiasm
Various celebrities are invited to perform at Zenith, the cultural festival of WCTM. Students get to enjoy the electrifying performances by celebrities. This year (2020) the singing sensation, Mohit Chauhan performed with the live band.
Live in Concert
Apart from live in concerts, we organize cultural activities starting from dance, singing, drama and fashion shows by the students. We strive to enhance the all round talent of the students through these cultural programs.
Cultural Program
Along with live in concerts and cultural program, we conduct Techfest as to bring out the talent and creativity of the students. Techfest is known for hosting a variety of events that include competitions, exhibitions, lectures as well as workshops. It aim at providing a platform for the student community to develop and showcase their technical prowess.
