Collaboration Through Assessment

Introduction

At the University of West Florida, campus feedback is used to guide technology planning, staffing, and spending activities for the coming year.

In this presentation we will discuss the results and action plan developed from the TechQual+ 2013 survey and other student, faculty, and staff input. We will describe the process from data collection to investigation of technical viability, action plan development, and implementation of collaborative systems both in the classroom and in the office.
