1. INTRODUCTION

The LOADSHEET application can import data from ground via uplink messages.

These messages are in xml format (extension .wba) and shall be compliant with standard ARINC633 supp1. The purpose of this document is to describe the structure and the content of the uplink messages.

This import function is applicable to Flysmart+ for Windows version only.

Refer to User Guide of Loadsheet application [REF 2] for further information about the import function.

GENERALITIES

CHAPTER 02




2. GENERALITIES

There are three types of uplink messages:

• Minimal: contains only mandatory data enabling to generate AHM518 report. The application is initialised in REDUCED entry mode.

Refer chapter 4 that describes the structure of the data for this type.

• Intermediate: contains Minimal data plus additional data enabling to generate AHM517 report. Report can be generated in AHM518 or AHM517 format. The application is initialised in REDUCED entry mode.


• Full: contains a complete set of data to compute in DETAILED mode. Report can be generated in AHM518 or AHM517 format.


The name of the file must comply with the following rule:

<AircraftRegistration>_<FlightNumber>_<DepartureDate>_<DepartureAirport>_<ArrivalAirport>_<CreationDate>.wba

Where:

• <AircraftRegistration> is the aircraft registration (ex: D-AIMA)

• <FlightNumber> corresponds to the flight number (ex: DLH1234ABC).

• <DepartureDate> is the departure date. The format must be YYYYMMDD (ex: 20100426 for 2010/04/26).

• <DepartureAirport> is the departure airport. It must contain three letters if IATA code is selected (ex: TLS) or four letter if ICAO code is selected (LFBO).

• <ArrivalAirport> is the arrival airport. It must contain three letters if IATA code is selected (ex: CDG) or four letters if ICAO code is selected (LFPG).

• <CreationDate> is the date and the hour of creation of the file. The format must be YYYYMMDDHHMMSS (ex: 20100426101545 for 2010/04/26 at 10:15’ 45”)

• .wba is the extension name (extension type)

Example of naming:

D-AIMA_DLH1234ABC_20100426_TLS_CDG_20100426101545.wba

Do not use Automatic PAX distribution option when using .wba file import

Refer to User Guide of PAAdmin [REF 1] for further detail about the Loadsheet settings.
