Department, dt.04.06.2020. ****** ORDER:- In the G.O. 18 th read above, the General Administration Department have issued certain guidelines for phased reopening of prohibited activities in areas outside Containment Zones and to consolidate the measures related to lockdown in the state till 30 th June, 2020. 2. Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in the extra ordinary issue of Telangana Gazette dated:09.06.2020: NOTIFICATION In view of the orders issued by the Government in the G.O.Ms.No.75, General Administration Department, Dated.04.06.2020, all COVID-19 control related orders issued vide G.O.Rt.No.194, LET&F (Lab.II) Department, dated:20.05.2020, that were given effect upto 07.06.2020 is hereby extended up to 30.6.2020 subject to the relaxations given and conditions imposed therein. Further No shops / establishments, except hospitals and pharmacies, will remain open after 8.30 PM. 3. ****** ORDER:- In the G.O. 18th read above, the General Administration Department have issued certain guidelines for phased reopening of prohibited activities in areas outside Containment Zones and to consolidate the measures related to lockdown in the state till 30th June, 2020. 2. Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in the extra ordinary issue of Telangana Gazette dated:09.06.2020:

In view of the orders issued by the Government in the G.O.Ms.No.75, General Administration Department, Dated.04.06.2020, all COVID-19 control related orders issued vide G.O.Rt.No.194, LET&F (Lab.II) Department, dated:20.05.2020, that were given effect upto 07.06.2020 is hereby extended up to 30.6.2020 subject to the relaxations given and conditions imposed therein. Further No shops / establishments, except hospitals and pharmacies, will remain open after 8.30 PM.

ORDER:- The following notification shall be published in the extra ordinary issue of Telangana Gazette dated: 23.03.2020.

NOTIFICATION

Whereas in the G.O.Ms.No.13, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (D)

Department, Dated: 21.03.2020 and G.O.Ms.No.45, General Administration Department, Dated: 22.03.2020, the Government of Telangana has issued orders notifying LOCKDOWN for the period from 22.03.2020 to 31.03.2020 in the State. As a precautionary measure all shops, commercial establishments, offices, factories, workshops, godowns etc., shall close their operations. However, production and manufacturing units which require continuous process such as pharmaceuticals, API etc. may function. Further, manufacturing units engaged in production of essential commodities like dal and rice mills, food and related units, dairy units, feed and fodder units etc., will also be permitted to operate. 2. Further, in public interest the Government has issued instructions in G.O.Ms.No.14, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (D) Department, Dated: 23.03.2020 has issued guidelines for following social distancing norms by Shops and Establishments. 3. It is also expedient to restrict the business hours of shops (the shops doing the business of essential commodities like dal, rice, food and food related units, dairy etc) and to close them by 6:30 P.M. in Public Interest. 4. However, in the G.O.Ms.No.46, General Administration Department, Dated: 23.03.2020 certain categories of Shops and Establishments were exempted from the restriction of closing time of 6:30 PM.

1. Therefore, in exercise of powers conferred under Section 13 and sub-

section (2) of Section 31 of the Telangana Shops & Establishments Act, 1988, all shops and establishments other than those exempted in the G.O.Ms.No.45, General Administration Department, Dated: 22.03.2020 shall be closed during notified LOCKDOWN period i.e. from 22.03.2020 to 31.03.2020 in public interest and shall be declared as paid holiday for all categories of employees.

2. And that in exercise of powers conferred under Section 7 of the Telangana Shops and Establishment Act, 1988, the business hours for the shops doing the business of essential commodities mentioned above are restricted upto 6:30 PM in public interest. However, the clause of working hours shall not be applicable to Hospitals, pharmacies, optical stores, diagnostic centres, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and their transportation.

5. The Commissioner of Labour, Telangana, Hyderabad and the Director of Factories, Telangana, Hyderabad shall take further action accordingly.

O R D E R:-

In G.O.Ms.No.13, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (D) Department, Dated: 21.03.2020 and G.O.Ms.No.45, General Administration Department, Dated: 22.03.2020, the Government of Telangana has issued orders notifying LOCKDOWN for the period from 22.03.2020 to 31.03.2020 in the State. As a precautionary measure all shops, commercial establishments, offices, factories, workshops, godowns etc., shall close their operations. However, production and manufacturing units which require continuous process such as pharmaceuticals, API etc. may function. Further, manufacturing units engaged in production of essential commodities like dal and rice mills, food and related units, dairy units, feed and fodder units etc., will also be permitted to operate.

2. Accordingly, the following notification shall be published in the extra ordinary issue of Telangana Gazette dated: 28.03.2020:

NOTIFICATION

In view of the emergency situation of COVID-19 declared under the

Epidemic Diseases Act, 1897 and as per the provisions laid down in G.O.Ms.No.13, Health, Medical & Family Welfare (D) Department, Dated: 21.03.2020 and G.O.Ms.No.45, General Administration Department, Dated: 22.03.2020, in exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Telangana Factories and Establishments (National, Festival and Other Holidays) Act, 1974 (Act No.32/1974) the Government of Telangana hereby declares paid holidays to all the category of employees / workers working in the Factories which are already closed down as per the instructions issued in G.O.Ms.No.45, General Administration Department, Dated: 22.03.2020 in Telangana State during the LOCKDOWN period with effect from 22.03.2020 to 31.03.2020.

COVID 19 – Disaster Management Act, 2005 – Lockdown measures till

31st May 2020 in the State – Orders – Issued.

ORDER

With a view to prevent and contain the spread of COVID-19

pandemic, Government of Telangana, in reference 1st cited read above

imposed a State-wide lockdown up to 29th May, 2020 with restrictions

imposed therein.

2. The Government of India in reference 2nd read above, issued orders

extending the Nation-wide lockdown till 31.05.2020 with certain

relaxations.

3. In view of the continued need for measures to prevent the spread

of Covid-19 in the state, it is decided that the lockdown measures shall be

continued till 31.05.2020.

4. All the restrictions ordered in the reference 1st read above shall

continue to be in force unless specifically modified herein.

5. In the entire state, the following activities shall be permitted;

a. Intra-state (within the state) movement of buses and other

passenger vehicles is permitted, except in GHMC area.

b. Restaurants will be permitted to operate for take away/home

delivery only.

c. Barber shops, Spas, and saloons are permitted to open with

strict safety measures like masks, gloves, distancing, regular cleaning with disinfectant.

d. Taxis, Cab aggregators and auto rickshaws shall be permitted to operate.

However, taxis and cabs shall take a maximum of three passengers excluding the driver and auto-rickshaws shall take

maximum two passengers in addition to the driver. They shall however, maintain proper sanitation and both the passengers

and the driver shall wear masks. Restriction on pillion riders on

two wheelers is hereby relaxed.

e. All shops are permitted to be opened.

However, in GHMC area, all shops will function on alternate days in such a way that no two adjacent shops shall remain open on

the same day. The Commissioner, GHMC shall workout a roster

for strict implementation of this arrangement.

f. E-commerce shall be permitted for all commodities.

g. Marriage related gathering shall ensure social distancing, and

the maximum number of quests allowed shall not be more

than 50.

h. Funeral / last-rites related gathering shall ensure social

distancing, and the maximum numbers allowed shall not be more than 20.

6. The following activities shall continue to be strictly prohibited in the

entire State:

a. Domestic and international air travel of passengers

b. Metro rail services

c Inter-state movement of buses and other passenger vehicles.

d. Passenger train operations except special trains for stranded

persons.

e. All schools, colleges, educational/coaching/training

institutes, etc.

f. Hospitality services like hotels, lodges, etc. except those accommodating health, police, Government functionaries and

stranded persons etc.

g. Bars, pubs, cinema halls, theatres, shopping malls, gyms, swimming pools, sports complexes, amusement and zoo

parks, museums, auditoriums, etc.

h. All gatherings such as for social, political, sports,

entertainment, academic and cultural purposes etc.

i. All religious places and places of worship etc. for public, all

religious congregations.

7. Night curfew shall continue to be in place as is been done presently.

8. Inter-state movement of all types of goods/Cargo including empty

trucks shall be permitted.

9. All industries and construction activities shall be permitted in all

areas.

10. All private offices and Government offices shall function without any

restrictions. They shall however, follow SOP issued for running of offices.

11. All shops, establishments and offices shall follow regular sanitation

measures, ensure use of masks by one and all, proper distancing and avoid

crowding to ensure that there is no spread of Corona Virus.

12 Containment zones shall be identified as per norms and strict

perimeter control shall be ensured so that there is no movement of people

in and out of these areas except for medical emergencies and maintaining

supply of essential goods and services.

13. Persons above 65 years of age, persons with co-morbidity, pregnant

women and children below the age of 10 years, shall stay at home, except

for essential and health purposes.

14. In exercise of powers conferred under the Disaster Management Act

2005, the undersigned, in his capacity as Chairperson, State Executive

Committee hereby issues directions to all Departments of Government of

Telangana, Collectors & District Magistrates and Commissioners /

Superintendents of Police in the State to strictly implement the above

lockdown orders with immediate effect till 31.05.2020.
