For making realistic and cohessive career choices a direct/ positive correspondence between the aspirations and abilities is imperative. Besides this the knowledge about the avenues available also play a vital role.

For assisting our potential work force in making right and appropriate career choices/decisions. Education Department of U.T CHD has set up Guidance & Counselling Department to provide information about different careers, educational & training facilities available in India.
