Springs More flexible springs with a height of 127 mm are strategically positioned on the floor for more consistent rebound. This increases the compression range of the springs, enabling the gymnast to obtain more height. Finished with PVC skirts.

FloorSpecial plywood laid on new longer dynamic springs. The panels are connected together using new fastening sections (B) and new locking plates (A) for optimum consistency.

Concertina-folding comfort foamNew 56 mm thick laminated foam of 3 different densities, which work in conjunction to provide a high level of responsiveness. The 16 mm ultra soft top layer provides excellent shock absorption.

Overlay Carpet Made up of 4 widths joined together by hook and loop strips underneath. Integral edging is in a different colour. Perimeter of the carpet finished with whip stitching. Built-in anti-rotation system Performance area = 12 m x 12 m.

Our training floors consist of the new “Montreal” spring boards, 40 mm fast foam, 25 mm roll matting and a skirt finish around the edges.

“LONDON” COMPETITION EXERCISE FLOORS WITH OVERLAY CARPET

These exercise floors comprise of our unique red and cream carpet, 4cm thick foam and a 10 mm high elasticity floor base, featuring dynamic foam blocks. Panels are connected together using fastening sections and locking plates for optimum consistency. The foam area is made up of several widths of concertina foam laid on the floor and joined by hook and loop strips. The overlay carpet, also made up of 4 widths, is joined together by hook and loop strips underneath the carpet. There is an integrated anti-rotation mechanism. As used at London 2012.

“ROLL- UP” TRACK

“EASY-ROLL” TRACK

Roll-up track for gymnastics and cheerleading.Quick and easy installation make it ideal for use in schools and leisure centres. The cut foam backing is designed so that it can be rolled up easily without having to turn it over. The track is laminated to polyethylene foam covered in a needle-pile carpet which offers a high degree of shock absorbtion and maximum safety on landing.

We have recently added two new floors to our catalogue. These cost effective floors make ideal training floors and offer clubs an alternative to the FIG floors, as we are aware that it is not always neccessary to have a FIG competition floor.

Ref. 7004 Allows gymnasts to replicate the angle of the competition floor when practicing diagonal movements whilst increasing safety and comfort when landing. The visual guide enables the mat to be positioned correctly and be always aligned with the diagonal sought by gymnasts. Ref. 6667 This rhythmic gymnastics competition floor has been used at many major events. It offers the gymnast an efficient, dynamic, smooth and even performance area. The RG competition floor provides excellent shock absorption for the ankles and wrists, minimising the risk of injury during performance and training. Installation is quick and simple and the contrasting 13 x 13 m performance area is clearly marked allowing for easy orientation during routines.
