أ2 أيها ا0مدوح يا أفضل الورى

و يا أيها ا0حمود ذا الحمد و اللوىAlā ayyuhā-l mamdūḥu, Yā afḍala-l warā ** wa yā ayyuhā-l

maḥmūdu, dhā-l ḥamdi wa-l liwā544. O the praised! O the most favoured creation! O the praiseworthy! And (you) uphold the banner of praise.

بسرك بالذات العلية بـــــاسمهاوبالرسل و البيت الحــرام و بالقرى

Bi-sirrika bi-dh-dhāti-l ‘uliyyati bi’smihā ** wa bi-r-rusli wa-lbayti-l ḥarāmi wa bi-l qurā

545. I pray by (the magnificence) of your mystery, AlmightyGod, His Essence, Apostles, Sacred House and it’s metropolis.

جميعا و بالذكر الحكيم و أهلهو اPسماء و اPفOك و النجم و الثرى

Jamī’ān wa bi-dh-dhikri l-ḥakīmi wa ahlihi ** wa-l asmā’i wa-laflāki wa-n najmi wa-th-tharā

546. I pray by the Glorious Qur’an and its reciters, I pray alsoby the names (of Allah), Orbits, Stars and Sands.

دعوت لـــنفسي ثم أمــــي و والديو صحبي و أحبابي و أهلي و من َقرا

Da’autu li-nafsī thumma ummī wa-wālidī ** wa saḥbī wa aḥbābīwa ahlī wa man qarā

547. I pray for myself, my mother, my father, my disciples, myfans, my household and our host.

هدًى و جدًى علما و رزقا و رفعةو أمنا و إيمانا يزيد إلى اPخرى

Hudān wa jadān ‘ilmān wa rizqān wa rif’atan ** wa amnān waīmānān yazīdu ilā-l ukhrā

548. I pray for guidance, munificence, knowledge, wealth,prosperity, harmony and may our faith increase till the day ofresurrection.

و تقوًى و زهداً و اعتـــــOء و حكمةو عافية بعد اfنـــــــابة للمولى

Wa taqwān wa zuhdān wa’atilā’an wa ḥikmatan ** wa ‘āfiyatanba’ada-l inābati lil-mawlā

549. I pray for piety, ascetic life, progress, wisdom and goodhealth after total devotion to Allah.

زِد العلم فينا و اكفنا الشر جملةو ُصنا جميعا عن غرور و عن أهوى

Zidi-l ‘ilma fīnā wa’kfinā sh-sharra jumlatan ** wa sunānjamī’ān ‘an ghurūrin wa ‘an ahwā

550. Increase our knowledge, protect us against all evils andprotect us against deceit and self-whims.

لدى ا0وت حقا ثم زده لدى اللقياḤabauta lanā-l īmāna zid’hu wa abqihi ** ladā-l mauti ḥaqqān

thumma zid’hu ladā-l luqyā551. Bless us with indefatigable faith, let us remain faithful to thepoint of (our) death and increase our faith in the day ofresurrection.

طويت 0ن أحببته السبل فاطِوينلنا كل بُْعٍد في ا0مات و في ا0حيا

Ṭawayta liman aḥbabtahu-s sublu fa’ṭwiyan ** lanā kullabu’udin fī-l mamāti wa fī-l maḥyā

552. You fold up all difficulties for whoever you love. Then, foldup all difficulties for us at a point of death and in our life time.

يقينا تقينا كل سوء فO نـــــرىسوى فضل موًلى 2 نريد جزا الحسنى

Yaqīnān taqīnā kulla sū’in falā narā ** siwā faḍli mawlān laturīdu jazā-l ḥusnā

553. We believe that you will protect us from all evils. May wenever encounter (evil) except Allah’s favour and his reward.

كتمت قبيحا ثم أظهرت سيديجميO أدْم هذا و أتحف لنا البغياَ

Katamta qabīḥān thumma aẓ’harta sayyidī ** jamīlān adimhādhā wa at’ḥif lanā-l bughyā

554. You concealed evil and you manifested your good will (O)my Lord persist on (Your good will) and grant our aspirations.

لك الحمد لو عاقبت كل عقوبةنكون لذا أهO فأعمالنا أسوا

Laka-l ḥamdu lau ‘āqabta kulla ‘uqūbatin ** nakūnu lidhāahlān fa-a’amālunā aswā

555. Praise be to you, had it been you wanted to punish us, weare entitled to punishment because our deeds are bad.

متv و لو أحسنت بالعفو و العطافأنت له أهل فاfحسان ما تهوى

Matīnun wa lau aḥ‘santa bil afwi wal ‘aṭā ** fa-anta lahu ahlunfa-a’amālunā aswā

556. O All-Powerful! Kindly do good will to us by forgiving oursins and grant our aspirations? You are in best position to dothat, because you enjoined us to demonstrate good deeds.

نعم قد أمرت العبد يحسن نحو منأساء عليه فالكريم بذا أولى

Na’am qad amar’ta-l ‘abda yuḥsinu naḥwa man ** asā’a ‘alayhifal karīmu bi-dhā aulā

557. O yes! Indeed, you enjoined (Your) servants to reciprocatewith good deeds to whoever wronged them, al-Kareem deservedthat.

صـOحا و رشدا و القبول 0ا نسعىṢabūru ayā Sattāru qādiru hab-lanā ** ṣalāḥān wa rushdān wal

qubūla limā nas’ā558. O the Endurance! O the Shelter! And all powerful bestow uswith prosperity, guidance and acknowledge all our efforts.

على أحمد في كل بدء و مختمٍصOة و تسليم مدى الدهر و الدنيا

‘Alā Ahmadin fī kullli bad’in wa makhtamin ** ṣalātun wataslīmun madā-d dahri wa-d dunyā

559. May an immortal blessing and peace of Allah in everystarting point and climax be upon Ahmad.

فلي فيه حب و الرجاء يزيدهعليه صOة ما أمات و ما أحيا

Falī fīhi ḥubbun wa-r rajā’u yazīduhu ** ‘alayhi ṣalātun māamāta wa mā aḥyā

560. I have passion and hope in him, and may blessing (of Allah)after my death and in my life time be upon him.

ضمنت له و ا| أنفك ذاكرامحاسنه رغم البغاة ذوى اPهوا

Ḍamintu lahu wa-llahi anfakku dhākirān ** maḥāsinahuraghma-l bughāti dhawī-l ahwā

561. I assured him and I swear by Allah that I will never cease incommemorating his goodwill before the boorish who went astray.

قد اسلمته نفسي و عقلي و كلكليو روحي و سري في حياتي و اPخرى

Qad asmlamtuhu nafsī wa ‘aqlī wa kalkalī ** wa rūḥī wa sirrī fīḥayātī wa-l ukhrā

562. I surrendered my soul, brain, heart, spirit, and my mysteryto him whenever I am alive and in the hereafter.

رجعت به | جــــل جـــــــــOلهعليه صOة 2 تعد و 2 تحصى

Raja’atu bihi lillahi jalla-jalāluhu ** ‘alayhi ṣalātun lā tu’adduwalā tuḥṣā

563. I returned back (from spiritual ecstasy) through him and toAllah, the Almighty. May uncountable blessing (of Allah) beupon him.

سليما من اfشراك و الشك عارفاو حرا فO سعدى أروم و 2 ريّا

Salīmān mina-l ishrāki wa-sh shakki ‘ārifān ** wa ḥurrān falāsu’udā arūmu walā rayyā

564. I am freed from polytheist and doubt. (I became a) renownindependent Gnostic. I am not (in love with) Su’uda or Rayya.

ترانى مرادا 2 مريدا و إننى ليَ ا0لك و التصريف با0صطفى ا0أوى

Tarānī murādān lā murīdān wa innanī ** lī-l mulku wa-t tasrīfubi-l muṣṭafā-l ma’awā

565. I am an object of desire not a protégé. Verily, I am entrustedto change life vicissitudes by the magnificence of al-Mustafa, myshelter.

ثقيل به ميزاني الخف فائزابطه و يعليني إلى الرتبة القصوى

Thaqīlun bihi mīzāniya-l khidfu fā’izān ** bi-Tāha wa yu’ulīnīilā-r rutbati-l quswā

566. My scale (of good) will be heavy by (my love for) him and Iwill prosper by the magnificence of Taha and he will elevate meto the highest position.

خلصت و خل�صت ا0حبv جملةبحب حبيب ا| من يركب القصوا

Khalaṣtu wa khallaṣtu-l muḥibbīna jumlatan ** bi-ḥubbi ḥabībi-llahi man yarkabu-l qaṣwā

567. I am sincere and I sanctified all my fans with the love ofAllah’s beloved who ride on Qaswah.

ذكرت صحابي ثم قومي و معشريفنالوا جميعا فوق ما كان من بغيا

Dhakartu ṣiḥābī thumma qaumī wa ma’asharī ** fa-nālūjamī’ān fauqa mā kāna min bughyā

568. I pray for my disciples, my family and my group. Then, theyall obtained their aspirations above their expectations.

ظفرنا بإكسير السعادة أحمدعليه صOة منه صرنا إلى الحسنى

Ẓafir’nā bi-iksīri s-sa’ādati Ahmadin ** ‘alayhi ṣalātun min’huṣir’nā ilā-l ḥusnā

569. We prosper by the elixir of the success of Ahmad. Mayblessing (of Allah) be upon him and may we become righteous bythe effect of that blessing.

غنينا به عن غيره و كفى بهزعيما جليO لن يضن و لن يعيى

Ghanīnā bihi ‘an ghayrihi wa kafā bihi ** za’īmān jalīlān lanyakilla wa lan ya’ayā

570. He is sufficient for me than any other creations. I ampleased with his leadership, he is great and he has never been amiser.

شفائي و أعيادي صOتــــي مسلماعلى سيد اPرسال بل سيد الورى

Shifā’ī wa a’ayādī ṣalātī musallimān ** ‘alā sayyidi-l ar’sāli balsayyidi-l warā

571. My haleness and happiness is to seek blessing upon leader ofthe Apostles. Nevertheless, leader of the creation.
