Livewire Safety Limited is a Licensed Private Security/Safety Company in Nigeria with primary focus on
offering value-driven, up-to-the-minute, technological security, safety and business automation solutions

A Site Security Risk and Safety Assessment Survey - With Reports and Recommendations
This is a first step before deploying security personnels
to sites, a survey on the premises or area of proposed
operation, subsequent to this is a report developed to
document findings, recommendations and summarized
security risks and threats with proposed security
measures for your facilities in the sites surveyed. This
risk and threat assessment is based on information that
was available at the time Livewire conducted research on
the sites. It should be noted that the threat designations
for each area could change at any time and that, while this
threat assessment does take into account current
conditions that have the potential to create future
security concerns, it does not take into account future
incidents that could alter risk levels. The objective of the
assessment analysis is to identify specific gaps
associated with the proposed physical security measures
in order to provide information necessary to assist in the
security solutions process.

Good security risk management begins with a master
plan, we assess risks of violence, theft, fraud, and other
security threats – and subsequently gauge their potential
business impact. Accordingly, we address all aspects of
security planning simultaneously to provide our clients

Payment Condition
1. We will require the commitment of the first one
month salary for each Security Guard to be deployed,
as service deposit, to mobilize our personnel to your
site at the shortest possible time. The said deposit
shall represent and be applied, in advance, to the last
one month of service provision to your company.
th2. Invoices are issued not later than the 15 day of
service month and payments are expected to be done through bank draft or crossed cheque or bank
transfer to the account number indicated on the invoice (other necessary details for bank transfer
will be provided on request).
3. Payments for service are
e x p e c t e d t o b e e f f e c t e d thpreferably by the 24 day of the
month. Late payments are
strongly discouraged, and may
attract charges where no
justifiable reasons are advanced.
4. In keeping with relevant laws,
Value Added Tax (VAT) will be
charged on all service invoices to

Our charges are moderate and consistent with the values we
offer to your company. We however ensure that our security
guards are well remunerated and self-motivated to ensure
optimal service delivery and loyalty to your company. Our
price template is available at your demand for discussion.
Proforma invoice will be issued to you after a security survey
has been performed at the location where our service is
required.

Mr. Idris .A. - B.sc, M.Sc., MBA
Idris A. Asunmo is an astute banker of many years'
experience. Idris Asunmo has over 15 years banking
experience, which cuts across several functions,
including Corporate Banking, Retail Banking, Corporate Planning & Strategy, Branch Management and
Regional/Zonal Management. He started his banking career with United Bank for Africa in March 1998. He
has spent the last 16 years on relationship management, with exposure to virtually all the sectors of the
Nigerian economy.
Prior to the acquisition of Oceanic Bank International by Eco Bank Nigeria, Idris was the Sector Head,
Aviation and Multinationals, Corporate Banking Group of Oceanic Bank. In that role, he was responsible for
managing airlines, multi-national Corporate in all sectors outside of the Oil & Gas industry. Up till April
2012; he was Assistant General Manager in Corporates Banking Division of Ecobank Nigeria Plc and
reported to the Head Regional Corporate and Multinationals in corporate Banking. The Division was
responsible for originating assets and generating liabilities from Corporate with business presence in more
than one country.
A First Class Holder, Idris graduated top in his class with B.Sc. Banking & Finance and obtained a Master's in
Finance (M.Sc. Finance) and Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with several academic prizes &
awards. He is an Alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS).

Group Captain Michael Tunji Ibitokun, FSS, MSS, DSS, FWC, M.Sc.
Group Captain Michael Tunji Ibitokun is a retired Air force officer in the Nigerian Military. He holds a
number of high level military decorations with meritorious service to his motherland, Nigeria. Amongst his
decorations are Silver Jubilee, Forces Service Star (FSS), Meritorious Service Star (MSS), Distinguish
Service Star (DSS), Ecomog Medal, Fellow of the War College) and an academic degree – M.Sc. in Strategic
Studies. He has attended various aeronautical courses, locally and internationally in the USA, Britain,
Germany Holland, etc.
Group Captain Ibitokun, has also held several top military appointments, such as Admin Officer at the
Military Airlift Wing (MAW) – Air Transport Group (ATG), Staff Officer, Operation and Training (ATC, Ikeja),
Senior Instructor, Air-force, NDA, Kaduna, Staff Officer/Operation and Commanding Officer, 88 MAG, Ikeja
and Command Evaluation Officer HQ TAC, Makurdi before his retirement and joining Livewire Safety. He
speaks all major Nigerian languages and some local dialects in West Africa and also speaks English and
French.

Engr. Rahman Taiwo Lawal - B.Eng
He is a seasoned ICT engineer with full experience in Satellite Communications, Networking, VoIP, VPN etc.
He is a brandrex certified cabling installer and has worked as project manager; KES computer engineer. He
has also worked with KPS TELECOMS (ISP) as the G.M Engineering. He holds a B.Eng
(Electrical/Electronics) with over 15 year experience in Networks implementation (Data, Voice and Video).
He is bringing his many years of information technology solution designs and implementations to Livewire
in the area of Security Technologies. He is a retired colonel in the University Cadet during his first degree
programme at Ado-Ekiti. Mr. Rahman Lawal has attended many local and overseas training on Information
Technology solution design and modeling.

He holds B.sc (Electronics/Computer Engineering) having over 10 years' experience in the ICT industry

Lanre Lawal, - B.Sc., M.Sc., AMNIM, ANES
Holds B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Economics from University of Ado-Ekiti and University of Lagos respectively; With
a combined 14 year experience in Banking, Tax & Bank Auditing, Software Marketing, Management
Consulting, Facilities Management and Human Resource Management functions before moving into
private security in 2010.
In Banking he represented the then Pacific Bank (Now a member of Unity Bank Plc.) at high level meeting
with NPA and Customs, as bank auditor he assisted Ogun State Ministry of Finance to recover Millions of
Naira of uncredited funds, Excess COT charges etc. from Banks and equally recovered millions of naira of
unpaid taxes from corporate organizations as head of a team of Tax Auditors and Monitors for Ogun State
Government Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
He was the contract manager for many high profile facilities as a facility manager with Eliezer Workplace
Management Limited and also headed the human resource functions. He has brought in his wealth of
diverse experience to bear on Livewire Safety Limited as the General Manager Logistics and Administration
from 2010 with many landmark achievements recorded till date. He has attended numerous professional
trainings on security, safety and business.
