JGC Philippines Incorporated in JV with Tecnimont Philippines awarded an EPC Lump Sum contract by JG Summit Petrochemical Corporation (JGSPC), for the implementation of a new High Density Polyethylene unit (HDPE) and the upgrading of an existing Polypropylene unit (PP). Once the project is completed, the new HDPE plant will have a capacity of 250,000 tons per year of HDPE based on Chevron Phillips Chemical’s MarTECH™ technology, while the existing PP plant will expand to 300,000 tons per year of PP based on Grace’s UNIPOL® PP technology. JG Summit Holdings Group, is the largest manufacturer of polyolefins in the Philippines.

The airport will have two new terminals for both domestic and international passengers respectively. Apart from the construction of two terminals, the project includes passenger lounges, a new concourse building with 25 additional passenger bridges and connector buildings linking the terminals, Air Bridges and Movable Gates. Extension and overall renovation of the existing South Terminal, Apron and Taxiway modifications and extensions, Electro / Mechanical System, and Car Park.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Highlights: Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) is a large and complex joint venture project between Saudi
Aramco & SINOPEC of China, designed to utilize the world class full conversion of a new “grassroots” refinery using
400,000 barrels per day (bpd) of Arabian Heavy crude oil to ultra clean transportation fuels for international and
domestic markets. In addition of high-value refined products of 90,000 (bpd) gasoline, 263,000 bpd of ultra-low-sulfur
diesel, 6,300 metric tons per day (mtd) of coke and 1,200 mtd of sulfur located mainly at Yanbu red sea cost.
Duties and Responsibilities: ➢ Worked with Project Management Team to support and accelerate the construction phase project in supervising
and monitoring of EPC contractor/s daily work performance.

➢ Review of EPC contractor’s submittals i.e. Shop Drawings, Materials Approval Request (MAR), Red lines / As-Built Drawings, Method Statements, Material Samples including Inspection Test Plan (ITP) to ensure in compliance with the design drawings, specifications and project quality mgt. & Information system (PQMIS).

Major works include the construction of NGL Recovery Facilities (BI-10-00167), NGL Pipeline (BI-10-00168), Increase Gas Handling Capacity (BI-10-00905), Residential Industrial Complex (RIC) Expansion Project (BI-10-00774) and Site Preparation for NGL Recovery Facilities (BI-10-0076). Residential Facilities expansion composed of Three New Residential Buildings (11,664m2). Construction of utility facilities i.e. New Substation Building (576m2), New Room for 13.8kV, 3,000KW Emergency Generator (100m2), New Pump house / Chiller Yard (400m2) and expansion of the existing Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) system along with upgrade of conventional aeration system to MBR technology. Expansion of existing Potable / Fire Water System Network (New Fire / Potable Water Tank & 10km. U/G RTR Pipeline.
Duties and Responsibilities: ➢ Worked with Saudi Aramco in assisting the project’s management team for work packages execution phases.
➢ Perform proactively by conducting field surveillance works, observing and analyzing the contractor’s work

Project Highlights: Facilities upgrade and flowlines replacement project estimated $848 million, 30-month engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) contract. Scope of work covers the replacement of existing underground crude oil and gas flowlines in the south and southeast and the rehabilitation of 17 gathering centers (GCs) and three gas booster stations. Expansion of gathering center were due in by the revised deadline for the EPC contract to revamp and expand by 40,000 barrels a day (b/d).
Duties and Responsibilities: ➢ Monitor and manage project schedule, and utilize CPM schedule as a tool in project implementation. ➢ Obtain all necessary permits and licenses and supervise on-site construction execution. ➢ Led the supervision and control of contractor/s in accordance with the approved construction documents. ➢ Oversee all aspects of job layout, surveying, concrete piling works for foundation of Tanks, Culverts/Bridges, Pipe Racks,

AL BABTAIN Mixed-use Tower Complex
The development & construction of multi-storey mixed-use tower consists of forty (46) six floors, five (5)
level podium complex and basement levels (B3) Car Park of four hundred fifty (450) cars capacity.
Project located @ Jaber Al Mubarak street opposite side of Amiri Hospital in Al Sharq District, Kuwait.
City. The project’s original budgetary cost of KD28,420,000.00) equivalent to USD98,000,000.
SAIFC – Marketing Suite Building (Phase-1) project composed of Pre-Engineered Structures, Sandwich Composite Panels, Aluminum Glazed Curtain Wall & Spider System with the total built-up area of 6,000 sq.m. The project located in Kuwait City proper particularly at Sharq adjacent to Kuwait’s Courtyard Marriot. The said project completed within six months from March to Sept. 2008 on lump sum contract of KD171, 000.00 (Kuwaiti Dinars One Hundred Seventy One Thousand Only) equivalent to USD589,950.00.
THE SULTAN CENTER COMMERCIAL COMPLEX Four (4) storey commercial complex having 16,803 sq.m. footage area design for Retail Shops, Supermarket, Electronics Stations and Sports Facilities. The project’s lump sum contract value of Kuwaiti Dinars Six Million Eight Hundred Thousand (KD6,800,000.00) equivalent to USD23,460,000.00.
Duties and Responsibilities: ➢ Review and update technical standards, construction techniques, and use of proper materials to ensure that
specifications and schemes prepared by the division reflect best practices with continuous improvement.
➢ Provide a high level of technical sufficiency within the team , including the identification and promotion of innovative and practical design solutions.
➢ Assist the construction manager in dealing with the team relevant to civil/structural inspections assessments, implement of contract documents and effective site supervision.
➢ Represent and action matters in the absence of the Construction Manager as required including the dealing of resources and monitoring cost in achieving target objectives.
➢ Perform pre-pour inspection and post-concrete surveillance to ensure all construction requirements in particular to “hot-weather concreting” are being followed on site.

Project Highlights: Construction of a Sanitary Sewer Mainlines System in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The said project was executed by way of both the conventional open trench method, tunneling and micro-tunneling. Overall length of pipeline designed as 250 kilometers composed of (Vitrified Clay Pipe (VCP) ranging from Ǿ400mm - Ǿ600mm and Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic Pipe (GFRPP) ranging from Ǿ700mm – Ǿ2, 500mm respectively. Sewage Treatment Plant included in the contract with the design capacity of150,000 m3.
Duties and Responsibilities: ➢ Develop, implement and administer project engineering procedures, work controlling of technical documents and
standard quality of workmanship.
