Once the project is completed, the new HDPE plant will have a capacity of 250,000 tons per year of HDPE based on Chevron Phillips Chemical’s MarTECH™ technology, while the existing PP plant will expand to 300,000 tons per year of PP based on Grace’s UNIPOL® PP technology. Project Highlights: Yanbu Aramco Sinopec Refining Company (YASREF) is a large and complex joint venture project between Saudi

Aramco & SINOPEC of China, designed to utilize the world class full conversion of a new “grassroots” refinery using

400,000 barrels per day (bpd) of Arabian Heavy crude oil to ultra clean transportation fuels for international and

domestic markets. In addition of high-value refined products of 90,000 (bpd) gasoline, 263,000 bpd of ultra-low-sulfur

diesel, 6,300 metric tons per day (mtd) of coke and 1,200 mtd of sulfur located mainly at Yanbu red sea cost.

Duties and Responsibilities: ➢ Worked with Project Management Team to support and accelerate the construction phase project in supervising

and monitoring of EPC contractor/s daily work performance.

Residential Facilities expansion composed of Three New Residential Buildings (11,664m2). Construction of utility facilities i.e. New Substation Building (576m2), New Room for 13.8kV, 3,000KW Emergency Generator (100m2), New Pump house / Chiller Yard (400m2) and expansion of the existing Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) system along with upgrade of conventional aeration system to MBR technology. Duties and Responsibilities: ➢ Review and update technical standards, construction techniques, and use of proper materials to ensure that

specifications and schemes prepared by the division reflect best practices with continuous improvement.

➢ Provide a high level of technical sufficiency within the team , including the identification and promotion of innovative and practical design solutions.

➢ Assist the construction manager in dealing with the team relevant to civil/structural inspections assessments, implement of contract documents and effective site supervision.

➢ Represent and action matters in the absence of the Construction Manager as required including the dealing of resources and monitoring cost in achieving target objectives.

➢ Perform pre-pour inspection and post-concrete surveillance to ensure all construction requirements in particular to “hot-weather concreting” are being followed on site.
