3. Odisha i) OPSC have introduced Recruitment Calendar for the first time and published in the website for all concerned.

ii) OPSC has introduced Examination Audit System, in which third party independent auditors visit the examination venue before the examination and on the day of examination. They ensure the availability of required infra for conduct of exam as per the norms and parameters specified by the Commission. If any exam venue is lacking in any aspect, then immediately appropriate authorities are intimated through mobile app for taking necessary corrective measures. On the day of examination, they ensure smooth conduct of examination along with observers deputed from the Commission.

iii) OPSC is in process of implementing Rule Engine based Recruitment Automation Solution, which will shorten the recruitment cycle.

iv) OPSC is following a successful technology for Masking of Candidates appearing at the interview. In the Interview, a random code is assigned to the candidate and the interview board conducts the interview on the basis of that code, without knowing the identity of the candidate.

4. Rajasthan i) Grievance Redressal System (GRS):

This Module was launched virtually by the Hon'ble Chief Minister, Govt. of Rajasthan and then it became the part of Official Portal of RPSC. This portal is a single window for the candidates having any type of grievance regarding any Recruitment. The candidate can submit his/her grievance online and can track its redressal status. The grievance registers directly to the concerned officials of the section and they can address the grievance at their own level resulting in faster redressal. The Module has different levels of Grievance redressal. This module provides to the candidates a better opportunity to communicate directly with the Commission. Also facilitate the Commission for less paper work.

ii)

RPSC Foundation day celebration: This was a unique kind of work done ever in the History of RPSC. A Video Conference based setup was made, which was attended virtually by Hon'ble Chief Minister, Govt. of Rajasthan. The program was also Streamed live on Social Media also. Through this program, the General Public came acquainted with working of RPSC and get to know about the milestones achieved so far.

iii) Candidate's On-Spot Photo Verification: This concept was implemented during ACF, 2018 Examination. At the examination centre, before proceeding to their respective exam hall, the candidate's photos were clicked and then matched with the Photos; uploaded by them during filling of Online Application Form. Through this process, a basic screening of the candidates can be done in order to avoid the possibility of dummy candidates being appearing for the examination in place of original candidate.

5. Telangana i) For Half Yearly exams for AIS officer held In September,
