UNIVERSITY GUEST CLUB
Pictures shown above demonstrate the manual visualization which was used to illustrate the projects plans, what can be seen clearly the extent to which
all functions (accommodation, entertainment and social exhibitions) are integrated, and the accessibility in which all those functions are oriented.
Another aspect must be taken into consideration is that vertical circulation has added a new dimension in terms of function graduation which assures the
diversity that is required for such kind of projects.
Picture shown above illustrates a longitetiual and cross section for the
entire project, the steel frames structure was used mainly in order to
occupy the high-span spaces within the project and also to represents
the diversity within complexity.
Pictures shown here illustrate the main elevations, the pictures
shown above are representing the final façades which were
based on drawing that is adjacent to the text.
What can be seen clearly is that continuity in straight lines,
dynamics of masses which outlines the variety between solids
and voids, and dominancy of opening to sustain the interaction
between indoor and outdoor were the key points in these
facades by using red and both hue and light brown to make such
a harmony.

Pictures shown here illustrate the final images for this design. Those images
were chosen particularly in order to demonstrate the main features of
masses in a professional manner and to simulate the design in the real time
with the accurate materials, finishes and environment
The software that were used are: Sketchup (for modeling), VRay engine (for
rendering) and Photoshop (for post-production).
Such professional way of rendering has revealed the aesthetic features of
masses that were used within the design as a whole, where integration
between straight lines and transparent elements are assuring the harmony
in playing with solids and voids within elevations, besides the way that
exterior spaces are arranged as it shown in the shot to the right, while the
other shots that shown at the bottom are focusing mainly on highlighting
the cantilevers which were located at the end of main mass to represent
the dynamism and continuity of this design, in addition to this it also
highlight the main courtyard in which all masses are gathered and
surrounded.

KHRTOUM STOCK EXCHANGE MARKET
-Project name: Khartoum Stock Exchange Market Headquarter.
-Owner: Ministry of Finance and National Economy.
-Total built area: 11.466 square meters.
-Total floors number: 20
-Total Height: 85 meters.
Location Description
The project is located at Almogran Central Business District (Almogran
CBD) on the junction between Blue and White Nile. The total area of the
proposed site is estimated nearly to 13.000 square meters.
Almogran CBD was carefully master planned to act as an Eastern Africa's
modern business hub with all prime commercial and real estate's facilities to
create a dynamic and livable business environment, all of which has come
together in one place along with the spectacular view of the two Niles.
Diagrams that shown to the left is representing the main functional
components, while the other diagrams that shown above are representing
both the equivalent proportions of spaces besides the vertical zoning of
the administrative components which were organized basically in
accordance to the interaction with clients into two categories, (General
Admins) which were located close to the lowest floors and (Specific
Admins) which were located in the upper floors, all of which were shifted
by two features, one of which is (Roof Garden) the last point where public
and unspecified client can reach, and the other one is (Panoramic
Restaurant) at the top of the building in which main sequences of functions
has transformed totally to a luxiours point which has a spectacular view
Design concept
The main slogan of this project was (launch a powerful and safety stock exchange
market in Sudan by minimizing the potential risks in which all benefits and revenues
can be oriented towards the national economy).
So according to what have been mentioned above we can actualize that statement
with the following diagrams which was the base in which main masses are formed.
Ng
Secondly, we can capture the main feature of this project which are users, who
they are physically and where they go functionally according to the diagram that
shown above to the left.
Then, the rigidity of such an
administrative building was broken
with some curved lines which were
inspired originally from site curved
edges, and at the same time to
highlight the main entrance.
Finally, functions are being fitted accurately within the proposed site as it
shown in the picture above, besides some ideas related to the motion of
stock exchange curser that are shown above to the right which were the
base in which elevation formation was processed.

KHARTOUM STOCK EXCHANGE MARKET
Picture shown above illustrates the site plan of this projects which was
drawn manually by using 0.5 and 0.1 fine ink pens with faber castle colors
pencils. What stands out is the aesthetic impression of using manual
visualization which shows the exact idea as it should be.
Picture shown above illustrates the ground floor plan of the project. What
stands out from that the alternative entrances which were dedicated precisely
according to the users and the way in which all commercial, services and
administrative sequences are arranged to achieve the desired concept
Picture shown above illustrates the typical floor plans of the project, where
main functions as main exchange hall and the administrative offices are located.
What can be noticed is that a specific space in every single floor was dedicated
to act as a sustainable and communication area between employers.
Picture that shown to the left
demonstrates the basement
floor plan, where vertical
isolation between circulation
was applied in which one of
those basement was
dedicated to act as a cars
parking, while the other was
for technical functions.
Pictures that shown to
the left illustrate both
longitetual and cross
sections within the
whole building. What
can be seen clearly is
that the structural
reinforced concrete
system was used as a
main structural system
along with space frame
roof with glass panels at
the top of the podium,
to occupy the main
exchange hall as it
shown in the following
diagram.
Diagrams shown below illustrate the sustainable features within the projects which
are integration between mechanical and natural air condition, double glazing façade,
automatic shading devices and using solar panels as a additional source of power.

Pictures shown here demonstrate the final design of
elevation after being simulated and rendered by VRay
engine according to the manual visualization that shown
above. What stands out from those shots is the sense of
greatness and safety by using rigid shapes which were
sustained organically with that curvy podium.
Picture shown above illustrates the interior design for public exchange hall, the
idea behind using bright colors to sustain the sense of competition between
exchange agencies and targeted clients
Pictures shown above demonstrate sketches that were used in elevation and masses
formation was rendered with wireframe and shadows style in order to actualize the impact of
such formation upon the original mass and the extent to which has this formation integrated
with exterior landscape features. In addition to that, pictures that shown to the right illustrate
the final model of the project.
INTERIOR DESIGN SAMPLES
Individual practice in modeling, texturing, illuminating and rendering interior scenes.
Software were used: Sketchup + VRay + Photoshop.
A sample of modern master bedroom which was modeled by Sketchup and rendered by VRay engine. The
main concept rely on simplicity in collecting furniture, using a combination of wood texture at floor and
fabric on the wall and using blue cushions to act as a concentrating feature in the scene. In addition to
that, diversity in illuminating elements has effected the way of revealing objects in the scene as well as
invisible light within the roof, spotlights and natural illumination through windows.

PROFESSIONAL DESIGNS
Scope of work is to expand the individual knowledge of digital visualization techniques particularly in
residential buildings designs. All scenes are modeled by Sketchup and rendered by VRay with Photoshop
in post-production. Owners of those buildings are looking for prestigious and well-designed products in
which either inner or outer environment are inevitably compatible. One of those designs has won an
interactive competition on Facebook which was run by (Google Sketchup community fan page).
