1.1 Ïðèñòóïàÿ ê ýêñïëóàòàöèè ðóæüÿ, âíèìàòåëü-íî èçó÷èòå ïàñïîðò. Íàñòîÿùèé ïàñïîðò êðàòêî çíà-êîìèò ñ îñíîâíûìè òåõíè÷åñêèìè õàðàêòåðèñòèêàìè,óñòðîéñòâîì è ïðàâèëàìè ýêñïëóàòàöèè ðóæüÿ.

1.2 Â ñâÿçè ñ ïîñòîÿííîé ðàáîòîé ïî ñîâåðøåí-ñòâîâàíèþ ðóæüÿ, ïîâûøàþùåé åãî íàäåæíîñòü èóëó÷øàþùåé ýêñïëóàòàöèîííûå ñâîéñòâà, â êîíñòðóê-

öèþ ìîãóò áûòü âíåñåíû èçìåíåíèÿ, íå îòðàæåííûå âíàñòîÿùåì ïàñïîðòå.

1 .3 Èíôîðìàöèÿ îá èçãîòîâèòåëå1.3.1 Ðóæüå ÌÐ-153 èçãîòîâëåíî Ôåäåðàëüíûì

ãîñóäàðñòâåííûì óíèòàðíûì ïðåäïðèÿòèåì “Èæåâ-ñêèé ìåõàíè÷åñêèé çàâîä”.

1.3.2 Àäðåñ èçãîòîâèòåëÿ: 426063, Ðîññèÿ,ã. Èæåâñê, óë. Ïðîìûøëåííàÿ, 8, Ôåäåðàëüíîå ãîñó-äàðñòâåííîå óíèòàðíîå ïðåäïðèÿòèå “Èæåâñêèé ìå-õàíè÷åñêèé çàâîä”.

2 ÎÑÍÎÂÍÛÅ ÑÂÅÄÅÍÈß ÎÁ ÈÇÄÅËÈÈ

2 . 1 Íàçíà ÷åíèå è è ñ ïîëíåíèÿ ð óæüÿÌÐ-153

2.1.1 Ðóæüå îõîòíè÷üå ñàìîçàðÿäíîå ÌÐ-153ïðåäíàçíà÷åíî äëÿ ðàçëè÷íûõ âèäîâ îõîòû, çàíÿòèéñïîðòîì, äëÿ ñàìîîáîðîíû ãðàæäàí è çàùèòû èõèìóùåñòâà.

ÐÓÆÜÅ ÎÕÎÒÍÈ×ÜÅ ÑÀÌÎÇÀÐßÄÍÎÅ

2.1.2  çàâèñèìîñòè îò äëèíû ïàòðîííèêà ðóæüåÌÐ-153 èìååò äâà èñïîëíåíèÿ:

- ñ äëèíîé ïàòðîííèêà 89 ìì;- ñ äëèíîé ïàòðîííèêà 76 ìì.2.1.3 Äëÿ ñòðåëüáû èç ðóæüÿ ÌÐ-153 ñ äëèíîé

ïàòðîííèêà 89 ìì ìîãóò ïðèìåíÿòüñÿ ïàòðîíû 12 êà-ëèáðà ñ äëèíîé ãèëüçû îò 70 äî 89 ìì, à ñ äëèíîéïàòðîííèêà 76 ìì - îò 70 äî 76 ìì.

Íå èñïîëüçóéòå ïàòðîíû ñ ìåòàëëè÷åñêîé ãèëüçîé.2.1.4  çàâèñèìîñòè îò êîíñòðóêöèè è ðàçìåðîâ

äóëüíûõ ñóæåíèé, ðóæüå èìååò òðè èñïîëíåíèÿ:- ñ ïîñòîÿííûì äóëüíûì ñóæåíèåì;- ñî ñìåííûìè äóëüíûìè ñóæåíèÿìè äëÿ ñâèí-

öîâîé äðîáè (ìàðêèðîâêà ñóæåíèé “Lead”);- ñî ñìåííûìè äóëüíûìè ñóæåíèÿìè äëÿ ñòàëü-

íîé äðîáè (ìàðêèðîâêà ñóæåíèé “Steel”).Ðóæüå ñî ñìåííûìè äóëüíûìè ñóæåíèÿìè íà

ñòâîëå èìååò ìàðêèðîâêó “Mob”.Ðóæüå, ïðåäíàçíà÷åííîå äëÿ ñòðåëüáû ñòàëü-

íîé äðîáüþ, íà ñòâîëå èìååò êëåéìî ñîãëàñíî ðè-ñóíêó 7.

2.2 Ðóæüå îõîòíè÷üå ñàìîçàðÿäíîå ÌÐ-153 ñî-îòâåòñòâóåò ÒÓ 7186-028-07539044-98,ÃÎÑÒ Ð 50529-93, êðèìèíàëèñòè÷åñêèì òðåáîâàíèÿì ÌÂÄ Ðîññèè èïðèçíàíî ãîäíûì äëÿ ýêñïëóàòàöèè.

Ðóæüå îõîòíè÷üå ñàìîçàðÿäíîå ÌÐ-153 ñåðòèôè-öèðîâàíî íà ñîîòâåòñòâèå òðåáîâàíèÿì áåçîïàñíîñòè:

- ñåðòèôèêàò äëÿ êàëèáðà 12õ76 - ÐÎÑÑRU.ÌÆ03.Â00546, ñðîê äåéñòâèÿ ñ 13.02.2003 ïî12.02.2006;

- ñåðòèôèêàò äëÿ êàëèáðà 12õ89 - ÐÎÑÑ

RU.ÌÆ03.Â00001, ñðîê äåéñòâèÿ ñ 21.04.2003 ïî20.04.2006.

Ñåðòèôèêàòû âûäàíû Îðãàíîì ïî ñåðòèôèêàöèèãðàæäàíñêîãî è ñëóæåáíîãî îðóæèÿ è ïàòðîíîâ êíåìó Óäìóðòñêîãî ÖÑÌ, ðåãèñòðàöèîííûé íîìåðÐÎÑÑ RU.0001.11ÌÆ03.

2.3 Óñòðîéñòâî è ïðèíöèï ðàáîòû2.3.1 Ðóæüå ÌÐ-153 ñîñòîèò èç ñëåäóþùèõ îñ-

íîâíûõ óçëîâ:- ñòâîëà ñ ãàçîâîé êàìåðîé è ðåãóëÿòîðîì ñêî-

ðîñòè îòêàòà ïîäâèæíûõ ÷àñòåé;- êîðîáêè ñ ïîäñòâîëüíûì ìàãàçèíîì è ïåðåõâà-

òûâàòåëåì;- ïîäâèæíîé ñèñòåìû ðóæüÿ, â êîòîðóþ âõîäÿò

ïîðøåíü, òÿãà â ñáîðå, ðóêîÿòêà ïåðåçàðÿæàíèÿ è çàò-âîð â ñáîðå ñ êëèíîì;

- âîçâðàòíîé ïðóæèíû;- óäàðíî-ñïóñêîâîãî ìåõàíèçìà (ÓÑÌ);- ïðèêëàäà;- öåâüÿ.2.3.2 Äëÿ ïîâûøåíèÿ êîððîçèîííîé ñòîéêîñòè

êàíàë è ïàòðîííèê ñòâîëà, à òàêæå äåòàëè ãàçîâîãîäâèãàòåëÿ (ïîðøåíü, ãàçîâàÿ êàìåðà) õðîìèðîâàíû, àêëàïàí èçãîòîâëåí èç íåðæàâåþùåé ñòàëè.

2.3.3 Ðàáîòà ìåõàíèçìà ïåðåçàðÿæàíèÿ ðóæüÿïðîèçâîäèòñÿ àâòîìàòè÷åñêè çà ñ÷åò ýíåðãèè ïîðî-õîâûõ ãàçîâ, îòâîäèìûõ ÷åðåç ãàçîîòâîäíûå îòâåð-ñòèÿ, ñîåäèíÿþùèå êàíàë ñòâîëà ñ ðàáî÷åé êàìåðîéãàçîâîãî äâèãàòåëÿ, ðàñïîëîæåííîé íà ñòâîëå, à òàê-æå çà ñ÷åò ýíåðãèè âîçâðàòíîé ïðóæèíû, ðàñïîëî-æåííîé íà òðóáêå ìàãàçèíà.

2.3.4 Ðåãóëÿòîð ñêîðîñòè îòêàòà ïîäâèæíûõ ÷à-ñòåé ñìîíòèðîâàí â ãàçîâîé êàìåðå è ñîñòîèò (ñì.ðèñóíîê 2) èç êëàïàíà 6, ïðóæèíû êëàïàíà 5 è ãàéêèêàìåðû 4. Ðåãóëÿòîð ñêîðîñòè ïîçâîëÿåò ïðèìåíÿòüïàòðîíû ñ ðàçëè÷íûìè õàðàêòåðèñòèêàìè, à òàêæåêîìïåíñèðîâàòü âëèÿíèå òåìïåðàòóðíûõ óñëîâèé ýê-ñïëóàòàöèè ðóæüÿ çà ñ÷åò ñáðîñà èçáûòî÷íîãî äàâ-ëåíèÿ ïîðîõîâûõ ãàçîâ èç êàìåðû â àòìîñôåðó.

2.3.5 Çàòâîð ïðîäîëüíî-ñêîëüçÿùèé, çàïèðàíèåñòâîëà îñóùåñòâëÿåòñÿ áîåâûì óïîðîì êëèíà, ðàñïî-ëîæåííîãî â çàòâîðå è ïîäíèìàþùåãîñÿ â êðàéíåìïåðåäíåì ïîëîæåíèè ïðè ïîìîùè òÿãè. Áîåâîé óïîðêëèíà âõîäèò â ñîîòâåòñòâóþùóþ âûåìêó â ìóôòåñòâîëà.

2.3.6 Óäàðíî-ñïóñêîâîé ìåõàíèçì ñìîíòèðîâàííà îòäåëüíîì îñíîâàíèè è ïîçâîëÿåò ïðîèçâîäèòüòîëüêî îäèíî÷íûå âûñòðåëû.

2.3.7 Ðóæüå èìååò êíîïî÷íûé ïðåäîõðàíèòåëü,ðàñïîëîæåííûé â êîðïóñå óäàðíî-ñïóñêîâîãî ìåõà-íèçìà (ðèñóíîê 3).

2.3.8 Ðóæüå èìååò ìåõàíèçì îñòàíîâà çàòâîðà âçàäíåì ïîëîæåíèè ïðè èçðàñõîäîâàíèè ïàòðîíîâ.

2.3.9 Ìåõàíèçìû ðóæüÿ ðàáîòàþò ñëåäóþùèìîáðàçîì:

- ïðè ïðîèçâîäñòâå âûñòðåëà, îäíîâðåìåííî ñóäàðîì ïî óäàðíèêó, êóðîê, âîçäåéñòâóÿ íà óäåðæè-âàòåëü, îñâîáîæäàåò ïåðåõâàòûâàòåëü, è ïðîèñõîäèòïîäà÷à ïàòðîíà èç ìàãàçèíà íà ëîòîê;

- ïðè äâèæåíèè ïîðøíÿ ñ òÿãîé íàçàä, ïîä äåé-ñòâèåì ïîðîõîâûõ ãàçîâ, ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ îòïèðàíèåêàíàëà ñòâîëà çà ñ÷åò äåéñòâèÿ òÿãè íà êëèí, â äàëü-

íåéøåì ïðîèñõîäèò ñîâìåñòíîå äâèæåíèå âñåéïîäâèæíîé ñèñòåìû - ïîðøíÿ, òÿãè, çàòâîðà ñ êëèíîì;

- ïðè õîäå íàçàä ïîäâèæíîé ñèñòåìû ïðîèñõî-äèò èçâëå÷åíèå ãèëüçû èç ïàòðîííèêà, óäàëåíèå ãèëü-çû çà ïðåäåëû êîðîáêè, âçâåäåíèå êóðêà;

- ïðè õîäå âïåðåä ïîäâèæíîé ñèñòåìû, ïîä äåé-ñòâèåì âîçâðàòíîé ïðóæèíû, ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ ïîäúåìëîòêà ñ ïàòðîíîì è äîñûëàíèå ïàòðîíà â ïàòðîííèê;

- ïðè ïðèõîäå çàòâîðà â ïåðåäíåå ïîëîæåíèåïðîèçâîäèòñÿ çàïèðàíèå êàíàëà ñòâîëà ïóòåì ïîäíÿ-òèÿ êëèíà â âûåìêó ìóôòû çà ñ÷åò äîïîëíèòåëüíîãîïåðåìåùåíèÿ òÿãè ñ ïîðøíåì âïåðåä. Ðóæüå ãîòîâîäëÿ ñëåäóþùåãî âûñòðåëà;

- ïðè èçðàñõîäîâàíèè ïàòðîíîâ â ìàãàçèíå, ïîñ-ëå âûñòðåëà ïîñëåäíèì ïàòðîíîì, çàòâîð äîëæåí îñ-òàíîâèòüñÿ íà îñòàíîâå çàòâîðà â êðàéíåì çàäíåìïîëîæåíèè.

6.1 Ìåðû áåçîïàñíîñòè ïðè îáðàùåíèèñ ðóæüåì

6.1.1 Ëþáîå îãíåñòðåëüíîå îðóæèå, íåñìîòðÿ íàíàëè÷èå â íåì ðàçëè÷íûõ ïðåäîõðàíèòåëüíûõ óñò-ðîéñòâ, ïðåäñòàâëÿåò ñîáîé îïàñíîñòü äëÿ æèçíè èçäîðîâüÿ ëþäåé ïðè ëåãêîìûñëåííîì îáðàùåíèè ñíèì. Ïîýòîìó ïðèíèìàéòå âñå ìåðû ïðåäîñòîðîæ-íîñòè è ïîìíèòå, ÷òî ïðåíåáðåæåíèå ïðàâèëàìè áå-çîïàñíîñòè ìîæåò ïðèâåñòè ê òðàãè÷åñêèì ïîñëåä-ñòâèÿì.

6.1.2 Âñåãäà ñ÷èòàéòå ðóæüå çàðÿæåííûì è ãîòî-âûì ê âûñòðåëó.

6.1.3 Íå çàðÿæàéòå ðóæüå ïàòðîíàìè ñ äëèíîéãèëüçû áîëåå äëèíû ïàòðîííèêà, óêàçàííîé íà ñòâî-ëå, ýòî ìîæåò ïðèâåñòè ê ðàçðûâó ñòâîëà.

6.1.5 Ïðè ñàìîñòîÿòåëüíîì ñíàðÿæåíèè ïàòðî-íîâ ñòðîãî âûïîëíÿéòå ðåêîìåíäàöèè, êàñàþùèåñÿìàêñèìàëüíî äîïóñòèìîé ìàññû ïîðîõîâîãî çàðÿäà,ïðèâåäåííûå íà ôàáðè÷íîé óïàêîâêå ïîðîõà.

Íå ïðèìåíÿéòå ñìåñü äûìíîãî è áåçäûìíîãîïîðîõîâ!

6.1.6 Íå ñòðåëÿéòå ïàòðîíàìè è ïîðîõàìè, õðà-íèâøèìèñÿ áîëåå 4 ëåò.

6.1.7 Êàòåãîðè÷åñêè çàïðåùàåòñÿ ïðèìåíåíèåëþáûõ íåîõîòíè÷üèõ ïîðîõîâ, ò.ê. ýòî ìîæåò ïðèâåñ-òè ê ðàçäóòèÿì è ðàçðûâàì ñòâîëà.

6.1.8 Çàïðåùàåòñÿ ñïðåññîâûâàòü çàðÿä èç áåç-äûìíîãî îõîòíè÷üåãî ïîðîõà.

6.1.9 Íå ñòðåëÿéòå ïóëåé, äèàìåòð òåëà êîòîðîéáîëüøå äèàìåòðà êàíàëà ñòâîëà â çîíå äóëüíîãî ñóæå-íèÿ. Äèàìåòð êðóãëîé ïóëè äîëæåí áûòü íà 0,2...0,3 ìììåíüøå äèàìåòðà äóëüíîãî ñóæåíèÿ. Äèàìåòð ïóëè ñ

íàðóæíûìè ðåáðàìè äîëæåí áûòü íà 0,1...0,2 ìì ìåíü-øå äèàìåòðà êàíàëà ñòâîëà, à äèàìåòð òåëà òàêîé ïóëè- íà 0,8...1,0 ìì ìåíüøå äèàìåòðà äóëüíîãî ñóæåíèÿ.

Çàïðåùàåòñÿ ïðèìåíåíèå ïàòðîíîâ, ñíàðÿæåííûõïóëåé, åñëè ïóëÿ âûñòóïàåò íàä òîðöåì çàêàòàííîéãèëüçû, âî èçáåæàíèå èíåðöèîííîãî íàêîëà êàïñþëÿâïåðåäè ñòîÿùåãî ïàòðîíà â ìàãàçèíå.

Ïðè ñàìîñòîÿòåëüíîì ñíàðÿæåíèè ïàòðîíîâ òùà-òåëüíî çàêðåïëÿéòå ïóëþ â ïàòðîíå äëÿ ïðåäîòâðà-ùåíèÿ ñäâèãà ïóëè èëè âûïàäåíèÿ åå èç ïàòðîíà âïîëîñòü ìàãàçèíà ïðè ñòðåëüáå.

6.1.10 Ñëåäèòå çà êà÷åñòâîì ñíàðÿæåíèÿ ïàòðî-íîâ, ÷òîáû èçáåæàòü âûïàäåíèÿ äðîáè èç ãèëüçû âêàíàë ñòâîëà è âûçûâàåìûõ ýòèì ìåñòíûõ “ãîðîõî-îáðàçíûõ” ðàçäóòèé ñòâîëà ïðè âûñòðåëå. Òùàòåëü-íî ôèêñèðóéòå êàðòîííóþ ïðîêëàäêó äðîáîâîãî ñíà-ðÿäà ïðè ïðèìåíåíèè ìåòàëëè÷åñêèõ ãèëüç. Áóìàæ-íûå ãèëüçû èñïîëüçóéòå òîëüêî îäèí ðàç, íå ïåðå-ñíàðÿæàéòå ïàòðîíû çàâîäñêîãî èçãîòîâëåíèÿ.

6.1.11 Îñìîòðèòå ñòâîë ðóæüÿ ïåðåä çàðÿæàíè-åì: íå çàáèò ëè îí ñíåãîì, ãðÿçüþ, ëåñíûì ñîðîì.Ñòðåëüáà èç ðóæüÿ ñ çàñîðåííûì êàíàëîì ìîæåòâûçâàòü ðàçäóòèå è äàæå ðàçðûâ ñòâîëîâ.

6.1.12 Ïðè ñáîðêå ðóæüÿ ïîñëå ÷èñòêè, ñìàçêèïðîâåðÿéòå ñâîáîäíîå ïåðåìåùåíèå â çàòâîðå è âîç-âðàò óäàðíèêà ïîä äåéñòâèåì ïðóæèíû.

Ïðîâåðêó ïðîèçâîäèòå â ñîáðàííîì ðóæüå ñîñíÿòûì ÓÑÌ, íàæèìàÿ íà çàäíèé òîðåö óäàðíèêà.

6.1.13 ÂÍÈÌÀÍÈÅ! ÏÐÈ ÎÑÅ×ÊÅ ÏÐÎÈÇÂÎ-ÄÈÒÜ ÏÅÐÅÇÀÐßÆÀÍÈÅ ÐÓÆÜß ÍÅ ÐÀÍÅÅ, ×ÅÌ×ÅÐÅÇ 30...40 ñåê.

ÐÀÇÐßÆÀÍÈÅ ÐÓÆÜß ÏÐÎÈÇÂÎÄÈÒÅ, ÓÄÅÐ-ÆÈÂÀß ÑÒÂÎË Â ÁÅÇÎÏÀÑÍÎÌ ÍÀÏÐÀÂËÅÍÈÈ.

Åñëè ïîñëå íàæàòèÿ íà ñïóñêîâîé êðþ÷îê âûñò-ðåëà íå ïðîèçîøëî, ïðîäîëæàéòå óäåðæèâàòü ðóæüåâ íàïðàâëåíèè öåëè â òå÷åíèå 30-40 ñåêóíä. Èíîãäàìåäëåííîå ñðàáàòûâàíèå êàïñþëÿ ïðèâîäèò ê òàêíàçûâàåìîìó “çàòÿæíîìó” âûñòðåëó, êîãäà âûñòðåëïðîèñõîäèò ñ íåêîòîðîé çàäåðæêîé. Åñëè âûñòðåëâñå æå íå ïðîèçîøåë, ðàçðÿäèòå îðóæèå, óäåðæèâàÿñòâîë â áåçîïàñíîì íàïðàâëåíèè òàê, ÷òîáû îñü ñòâîëàïðîõîäèëà ìèìî Âàñ è ðÿäîì ñòîÿùèõ ëþäåé.

6.1.14 Ïåðåä ðàçáîðêîé ðóæüÿ óáåäèòåñü â òîì,÷òî ðóæüå ðàçðÿæåíî, ïðåäîõðàíèòåëü âêëþ÷åí, è âìàãàçèíå íåò ïàòðîíîâ.

6.1.15 Ïðè îáðàùåíèè ñ ðóæüåì â ïðîöåññå ðàç-áîðêè, ñáîðêè, çàðÿæàíèÿ è ðàçðÿæàíèÿ áóäüòå âíè-ìàòåëüíû - íå ïîäñòàâëÿéòå ðóêó ïîä äâèæóùèåñÿäåòàëè ðóæüÿ, îñîáåííî ïîñëå íàæàòèÿ êíîïêè ïåðåõ-âàòûâàòåëÿ.

6.2 Ïîðÿäîê ðàáîòû ñ ðóæüåìÂÍÈÌÀÍÈÅ! ÏÅÐÅÄ ÑÒÐÅËÜÁÎÉ ÍÎÂÎÅ ÐÓÆÜÅ

6.2.1 Âêëþ÷åíèå è âûêëþ÷åíèå ïðåäîõðàíèòåëÿïðîèçâîäèòñÿ çà ñ÷åò âûáîðà ïîëîæåíèÿ êíîïêè ïðå-äîõðàíèòåëÿ (ðèñóíîê 3). Êðàéíåå ïðàâîå ïîëîæå-íèå êíîïêè ïðåäîõðàíèòåëÿ ñîîòâåòñòâóåò ïîëîæå-íèþ “ïðåäîõðàíèòåëü âêëþ÷åí”, êðàéíåå ëåâîå ïîëî-æåíèå - “ïðåäîõðàíèòåëü âûêëþ÷åí”.

6.2.2 Ðóæüå ÌÐ-153 ïîñòàâëÿåòñÿ ïîòðåáèòåëþ âðàçîáðàííîì âèäå - ñòâîë îòäåëåí îò ñòâîëüíîé êî-ðîáêè ñ ïðèêëàäîì.

Äëÿ ñáîðêè ðóæüÿ:- îòâåðíèòå ãàéêó öåâüÿ 7 (ñì. ðèñóíîê 2), ðàñïî-

ëîæåííóþ íà òðóáêå ìàãàçèíà 17;- ñíèìèòå öåâüå 75 ñ òðóáêè ìàãàçèíà 17;- íàæìèòå íà êíîïêó óäåðæèâàòåëÿ (ñì. ðèñóíîê 3)

íàçàä â íàïðàâëåíèè ê ïðèêëàäó;- âîçüìèòå ñòâîë 2, íàäåíüòå ñòâîë ãàçîâîé êàìå-

ðîé íà òðóáêó ìàãàçèíà êàçåííûì ñðåçîì ê êîðîáêå,è îäíîâðåìåííî âñòàâüòå êàçåííóþ ìóôòó ñòâîëà âñòâîëüíóþ êîðîáêó 3;

- ïîñëå òîãî êàê ñòâîë 2 äî êîíöà âñòàâëåí âñòâîëüíóþ êîðîáêó 3, öåâüå 75 óñòàíîâëåíî íà òðóáêóìàãàçèíà 17, ãàéêà ñòâîëà 7 èëè 11 ïîëíîñòüþ çàâåð-íóòà, íàæìèòå êíîïêó ïåðåõâàòûâàòåëÿ (ðèñóíîê 3)ïîñëå ÷åãî çàòâîð ïåðåìåñòèòñÿ âïåðåä.

- ñëåäóþùèé ïàòðîí âëîæèòå â òðóáêó ìàãàçèíà÷åðåç íèæíåå îêíî, ïðåäâàðèòåëüíî îòæàâ ââåðõ ëî-òîê. Ïàòðîí âêëàäûâàéòå ïîëíîñòüþ, íàæèìàÿ ïðó-æèíó ìàãàçèíà, äî ôèêñàöèè åãî ïåðåõâàòûâàòåëåì;

- òàêèì æå îáðàçîì âñòàâëÿéòå îñòàëüíûå ïàò-ðîíû äî çàïîëíåíèÿ ìàãàçèíà;

- äëÿ ïðîèçâîäñòâà âûñòðåëà âûêëþ÷èòå ïðåäîõ-ðàíèòåëü. Ðóæüå ãîòîâî äëÿ âûñòðåëà.

6.2.5 Äëÿ èçâëå÷åíèÿ ïàòðîíà èç ïàòðîííèêà îò-âåäèòå çàòâîð íàçàä äî îòðàæåíèÿ ïàòðîíà, ïðè ýòîìïîäà÷à ïàòðîíà èç ìàãàçèíà íà ëîòîê íå ïðîèçîéäåò,à çàòâîð íå âñòàíåò íà îñòàíîâ çàòâîðà.

Åñëè íåîáõîäèìî ïîäàòü ïàòðîí èç ìàãàçèíà,äîñòàòî÷íî íàæàòü êíîïêó óäåðæèâàòåëÿ â íàïðàâ-ëåíèè ê ïðèêëàäó, ïðè ýòîì ïðîèçîéäåò ïîäà÷à ïàò-ðîíà èç ìàãàçèíà ïîä çàòâîðîì íà ëîòîê, îòâåäÿ çàò-âîð íàçàä, îòïóñòèòü åãî, çàòâîð, íå âñòàâàÿ íà çàäåð-æêó, ïîäàñò ïàòðîí â ïàòðîííèê.

6.2.6 Ïî îêîí÷àíèè ñòðåëüáû:- âêëþ÷èòå ïðåäîõðàíèòåëü;- ïðîâåðüòå, íå îñòàëîñü ëè ïàòðîíîâ â êîðîáêå,

ïàòðîííèêå èëè ìàãàçèíå.

6.2.7 Ïîðÿäîê ðàçðÿæàíèÿ ðóæüÿ:- íàïðàâüòå ðóæüå â áåçîïàñíîì íàïðàâëåíèè;- âêëþ÷èòå ïðåäîõðàíèòåëü;- ïåðåìåñòèòå íàçàä êíîïêó óäåðæèâàòåëÿ (ðè-

Ïîñëå ïîëíîé ðàçáîðêè:- ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ ñáîðêà òðóá÷àòîãî ìàãàçèíà;- óñòàíàâëèâàåòñÿ â êîðîáêó ïåðåõâàòûâàòåëü.

ÂÍÈÌÀÍÈÅ! Îñü ïåðåõâàòûâàòåëÿ, äëÿ ïðåäîòâðàùå-íèÿ åå ñäâèãà ïðè ñòðåëüáå, íåîáõîäèìî çàêåðíèòüïî êîíòóðó îòâåðñòèÿ êîðîáêè ñíèçó;

3) â ïàç íà êëèíå ïîìåñòèòü øàðèê 6 è ïîäíÿòüêëèí ââåðõ;

- óñòàíàâëèâàåòñÿ ïðèêëàä è çàòûëüíèê ïðèêëà-äà. Ñîåäèíåíèå ïðèêëàäà ñ êîðîáêîé äîëæíî áûòüïðî÷íûì, áåç êà÷êè.

Ïîñëå íåïîëíîé ðàçáîðêè:- óñòàíàâëèâàåòñÿ íà òðóáêó ìàãàçèíà êîëü-

öî 22 êîëüöåâîé ïðîòî÷êîé âïåðåä è âîçâðàòíàÿïðóæèíà;

- ïðîèçâîäèòñÿ ïîñòàíîâêà ïîäâèæíûõ ÷àñòåé íàðóæüå. Ïðè ïîñòàíîâêå ïîäâèæíûõ ÷àñòåé íà ðóæüåçàòâîð ñ êëèíîì, òÿãà è ïîðøåíü äîëæíû áûòü ñîáðà-íû â îäèí óçåë.  òàêîì ïîëîæåíèè çàòâîð ñ êëèíîìè òÿãîé ââîäÿòñÿ â êîðîáêó, à ïîðøåíü îäíîâðåìåí-íî íà òðóáêó ìàãàçèíà.

Çàòâîð ñ êëèíîì è òÿãîé óäîáíåå âñòàâëÿòü âêîðîáêó â ãîðèçîíòàëüíîì ïîëîæåíèè ðóæüÿ, ïðè ýòîìêëèí äîëæåí áûòü îïóùåí è íå ïðåïÿòñòâîâàòü ïðî-äâèæåíèþ çàòâîðà íàçàä;

- ïîñëå óñòàíîâêè çàòâîðà â êîðîáêó (äî óñòà-íîâêè ñòâîëà) íåîáõîäèìî ïîñòàâèòü ðóêîÿòêó ïåðå-çàðÿæàíèÿ çàòâîðà;

- óñòàíîâèòü ñòâîë â êîðîáêó. Ïðè ýòîì íåîáõî-äèìî:

6.3 .5 ×èñòêà è ñìàçêà

6.3.5.1 Ðóæüå âñåãäà äîëæíî áûòü âû÷èùåíî èñëåãêà ñìàçàíî. Äëÿ ÷èñòêè ïðèìåíÿéòå ÷èñòûé ïðî-òèðî÷íûé ìàòåðèàë. ×èñòêó ïðîèçâîäèòå ñðàçó ïîñëåñòðåëüáû èëè â òå÷åíèå íå áîëåå îäíèõ ñóòîê ïîñëåñòðåëüáû.  çèìíåå âðåìÿ ïåðåä ÷èñòêîé ðóæüå äîë-æíî 2-3 ÷àñà íàõîäèòüñÿ â îòàïëèâàåìîì ïîìåùåíèè.

ìàñëîì;- ïðîòåðåòü êàíàë è ïàòðîííèê ïðîòèðî÷íûì ìà-

òåðèàëîì;- äëÿ ïîëíîãî óäàëåíèÿ íàãàðà è îñâèíöîâêè

ìîæíî ïðîöåññ ñìàçêè è ïðîòèðêè êàíàëà ïîâòîðèòüíåñêîëüêî ðàç. Äëÿ ñíÿòèÿ ñèëüíîé îñâèíöîâêè ìîæ-íî ïðèìåíÿòü ñåòêó èëè ùåòêó èç òîíêîé ëàòóííîéïðîâîëîêè, íàâèí÷åííîé íà øîìïîë è ãóñòî ñìàçàí-íîé ðóæåéíîé ñìàçêîé.

6.3.5.3 Ïðè ÷èñòêå ñòâîëà òàêæå íåîáõîäèìîïðîèçâîäèòü ñìàçêó ðåçüáû â ñòâîëå ïîä ñìåííîåäóëüíîå ñóæåíèå è íà ñàìîì äóëüíîì ñóæåíèè ðó-æåéíûì ìàñëîì.

6.3.5.4 Ïðè ÷èñòêå ðóæüÿ íåîáõîäèìî óäàëÿòü

íàãàð ñ äåòàëåé ãàçîâîé êàìåðû: èç ïîëîñòè ãàçîâîéêàìåðû, ñ ïîðøíÿ, ñ ïîâåðõíîñòè òðóáêè ìàãàçèíà.

Äëÿ ÷èñòêè îò íàãàðà ïðèìåíÿòü ðóæåéíîå ìàñ-ëî èëè ñïåöèàëüíûå æèäêîñòè äëÿ ñíÿòèÿ íàãàðà.

Íå äîïóñêàåòñÿ ïðèìåíåíèå äëÿ ÷èñòêè îò íàãà-ðà àáðàçèâíûõ ìàòåðèàëîâ èëè ìåòàëëè÷åñêèõ ïðåä-ìåòîâ, êðîìå ëàòóííîé ñåòêè.

6.3.5.5 Ñìàçêó äåòàëåé ðóæüÿ ïðîèçâîäèòü òîí-êèì ñëîåì, îñîáåííî ïðè ýêñïëóàòàöèè ðóæüÿ ïðè îò-ðèöàòåëüíîé òåìïåðàòóðå âî èçáåæàíèå çàãóñòåâà-íèÿ ñìàçêè. Òàêæå äîëæíû áûòü ñìàçàíû íàïðàâëÿþ-ùèå ïàçû äëÿ òÿãè â êîðîáêå ðóæüÿ è íàðóæíàÿ ïî-âåðõíîñòü òðóáêè ïîäñòâîëüíîãî ìàãàçèíà.

6.4.2 Íå ñòðåëÿéòå èç ðóæüÿ îäíèìè êàïñþëÿìè

áåç ïîðîõà, òàê êàê ïðîäóêòû ñãîðàíèÿ âçðûâ÷àòîéñìåñè êàïñþëåé ïîðòÿò êàíàëû ñòâîëîâ.

6.4.3 Íå ïðèìåíÿéòå ïàòðîíîâ, òóãî âõîäÿùèõ âïàòðîííèêè: ýòî ìîæåò ïðèâåñòè ê îòêàçó àâòîìàòè-êè ðóæüÿ.

6.4.4 Íå ïðîèçâîäèòå áåç èçëèøíåé íåîáõîäè-ìîñòè õîëîñòûõ ñïóñêîâ êóðêîâ - ýòî ñíèæàåò æèâó-÷åñòü óäàðíèêà è åãî ïðóæèíû.  ñëó÷àå íåîáõîäè-ìîñòè èìèòèðîâàòü âûñòðåë, âñòàâëÿéòå â ïàòðîííèêãèëüçû ñ èñïîëüçîâàííûìè êàïñþëÿìè. Âî èçáåæà-íèå îñàäêè áîåâîé ïðóæèíû äîïóñêàåòñÿ ïðîèçâåñòèõîëîñòîé ñïóñê.

6.4.5 Íå äîïóñêàéòå óäàðîâ ïî ñòâîëàì ðóæüÿ -ýòî ìîæåò ïðèâåñòè ê ïîÿâëåíèþ âìÿòèí.

Ïðàâèëüíî óñòàíîâëåííîå ñìåííîå äóëüíîå ñó-æåíèå äîëæíî ðàñïîëîæèòüñÿ çàïîäëèöî èëè íåìíî-ãî óòîïàòü îòíîñèòåëüíî äóëüíîãî ñðåçà ñòâîëà.Óäëèíåííîå äóëüíîå ñóæåíèå ââèí÷èâàåòñÿ äî óïîðàçàäíåãî òîðöà â óñòóï â êàíàëå ñòâîëà, ïðè ýòîì îáÿ-çàòåëüíî äîëæåí îñòàòüñÿ çàçîð ìåæäó òîðöîì ñòâîëàè âûñòóïàþùåé öèëèíäðè÷åñêîé ÷àñòüþ äóëüíîãî ñó-æåíèÿ;

- ïîñëå ââèí÷èâàíèÿ ñìåííîãî äóëüíîãî ñóæå-íèÿ îñìîòðèòå êàíàë ñòâîëà ñî ñòîðîíû äóëüíîãîñðåçà, ïðè ýòîì äîëæíî áûòü âèäíî êîëüöî â ìåñòåñîïðÿæåíèÿ òîðöà ñóæåíèÿ è óñòóïà â êàíàëå ñòâîëà,òî åñòü ïîâåðõíîñòü êàíàëà ñòâîëà äîëæíà âûñòó-ïàòü íàä ïîâåðõíîñòüþ ñìåííîãî äóëüíîãî ñóæåíèÿ.Íàðóøåíèå öåëîñòíîñòè êîëüöà ñâèäåòåëüñòâóåò î ìå-õàíè÷åñêîì ïîâðåæäåíèè ñóæåíèÿ (ïîáèòîñòü, èçãèáêðîìîê) èëè ïîñàäî÷íîãî ìåñòà â ñòâîëå, â ýòîì ñëó-÷àå ïðè ñòðåëüáå âîçìîæíî ïîâðåæäåíèå ñìåííîãîäóëüíîãî ñóæåíèÿ èëè ðóæüÿ;

6.4.7 Âèíò, êðåïÿùèé ïðèêëàä ê êîðîáêå, â ïðî-öåññå ñòðåëüáû, îñîáåííî â íà÷àëüíûé ïåðèîä ýêñï-ëóàòàöèè ðóæüÿ, ïåðèîäè÷åñêè ïîäòÿãèâàéòå, ÷òîáû íåáûëî êà÷êè ïðèêëàäà.

6.4.8 Ïðè îäíîâðåìåííîé ðàçáîðêå íåñêîëüêèõèçäåëèé íå äîïóñêàéòå ïåðåïóòûâàíèÿ êëèíà è çàò-âîðà - îíè íå âçàèìîçàìåíÿåìû.

6.4.9 Ïðè âûáîðå ïàòðîíîâ ïðåäïî÷òèòåëüíûìè äëÿïðèìåíåíèÿ ÿâëÿþòñÿ ïàòðîíû ñ ïëàñòìàññîâîé ãèëü-çîé, èìåþùèå çàêàòêó ñïîñîáîì “çâåçäà”. Íå ïðèìå-íÿéòå ïàòðîíû ñ ìåòàëëè÷åñêîé ãèëüçîé.

1.1 Before using the shotgun, familiarize yourselfwith the Owner’s Manual. It contains the basicspecifications, warnings, design description andoperation of the shotgun.

1.2 Since the shotgun design is constantly refinedto improve its reliability and performance, specificationsare subject to change without special notice in thisOwner’s Manual.

2 BASIC DATA

2.1 Purpose and Versions2.1.1 The MP-153 Semi-Automatic Shotgun is

designed for various kinds of hunting, personal andhome defense.

2.1.2 Depending on a chamber length, the MP-153may come in two versions:

- a version having a 89 mm chamber and- a version having a 76 mm chamber.2.1.3 The MP-153 shotgun using a 89 mm chamber

can handle 12 ga, 70 mm, 76 mm and 89 mm shotshellsand 12 ga, 70 mm or 76 mm shotshells if it uses a 76 mmchamber. Do not use metal shell cases.

2.1.4 Depending on a design and choke system, theshotgun may come in three versions:

- a fixed choke version;- a version coming with interchangeable choke tubes

for lead shot (marked with the word “Lead”);- a version coming with interchangeable choke tubes

for steel shot (marked with the word “Steel”).A shotgun coming with interchangeable choke tubes

is marked with the word “Mob” applied to the shotgunbarrel.

A shotgun version intended for firing steel shot ismarked as shown in Fig. 7.

2.2 The MP-153 Semi-Automatic Shotgun complieswith the state standard ÃÎÑÒ P 50529-93 and meets thecriminalistical requirements of the Russian Ministry of

Internal Affairs and found fit for service.The MP-153 Semi-Automatic Shotgun has been

certified for compliance with the safety requirementsand carries the following Safety Certificates:

- POCC RU.ÌÆ03.B00546 for the 12GA/76 mmshotgun which validity is from February, 13, 2003 toFebruary 12, 2006.

- POCC RU.ÌÆ03.B00001 for the 12GA/89 mmshotgun which validity is from April 21, 2003 to April20, 2006.

These Safety Certificates have been granted by theAgency for Certification of Civil and Service Weaponand Ammunition at the Udmurt Center of Standardizationand Metrology registered under the reg. no. POCCRU.0001.11ÌÆ03.

2.3 Design and Pr inc ip le of Operat ion2.3.1 The MP-153 Semi-Atomatic Shotgun consists

of the following basic units:- a barrel with a gas cylinder and retraction speed

control for a movable system;- a receiver with an underbarrel tube and

interceptor;- a movable system consisting of a piston, slide

block assy, bolt handle and bolt with bolt lock;- a recoil spring;- a trigger assembly;- a stock and- a forend.2.3.2 For ensuring high corrosion resistance, the

barrel bore, chamber and gas system parts (piston, gascylinder) are chrome-plated and the valve is made of

stainless steel.2.3.3 The reloading system of the shotgun operates

by bleeding powder gases through the gas bleedingholes which connect the barrel bore with the gas cylinderfixed to the barrel and by the recoil spring mounted onthe magazine tube.

2.3.4 The retraction speed control for the movablesystem is mounted inside the gas cylinder and consistsof the valve 6, valve spring 5 and gas cylinder nut 4. Thisretraction speed control allows the usage of variousbrands of ammunition by bleeding excess powder gasout of the gas cylinder into the air and also compensatesfor the effect of an ambient temperature.

2.3.5 The bolt slides in a straight line. The barrel islocked by means of a locking lug located on the top ofthe bolt. This locking lug being fully in the forwardposition can be moved upward under the action of theslide block. The locking lug enters the correspondingrecess cut into the barrel extension.

2.3.6 The trigger assembly is mounted on a separatebase and allows firing only single shots.

2.3.7 The shotgun features a button safety locatedin the trigger housing (Fig. 3).

2.3.8 The shotgun incorporates a bolt stop to lockthe bolt in the rear position when all shotshells are spent.

2.3.9 The shotgun mechanisms operate as describedbelow:

- on discharge of the shotgun, the hammer strikesa blow against the firing pin allowing the interceptorcatch to release the interceptor for feeding a shotshellfrom the magazine onto the elevator;

- the powder gases push the piston and slide blockrearward to unlock the barrel bore by the action of theslide block on the bolt lock; then the piston, slide block,bolt lock and bolt moves back together;

- as the movable system goes rearward, a shotshellcase is extracted from the chamber and out of thereceiver and the hammer cocks;

- as the movable system moves forward, the recoilspring lifts the elevator with a live shotshell for feedingthis shotshell into the chamber;

- when the bolt takes its forward position, the barrelbore is locked by the locking lug which engages therecess cut in the barrel extension during furthermovement of the slide block with piston forward. Theshotgun is now ready for shooting;

- the bolt locks in the back position after the lastshotshell has been fired from the magazine.

After expiration of the preservation period, theshotgun should be represerved.

The shotgun must be stored in locked-in rooms orin other air-ventilated places under various macroclimaticconditions.

6 USAGE NOTES

6.1 Safety Precaut ions6.1.1 Though any firearm has various safety devices,

it may become dangerous, if carelessly handled. That iswhy follow all recommended safety rules and alwayskeep in mind that ignorance of these rules may lead totragical results.

6.1.2 Always treat your shotgun as if it is loadedand ready for fire.

6.1.3 Do not fire shotshells with stell lengthexceeding the chamber length marked on the barrel, as itmay cause defects like a burst barrel.

6.1.4 WARNING!TO AVOID THE DAMAGE OF THE FIXED CHOKE

OR INTERCHANGEABLE CHOKE TUBES (IFAVAILABLE) AND LOCATION IN THE BARREL WHERETHE CHOKE TUBE THREAD INTO, FOLLOW THEINSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

- USE STEEL SHOT ONLY FOR A SHOTGUNHAVING THE MARKING SHOWN IN FIG. 7;

- USE STEEL SHOT ONLY FOR A CHOKE TUBEWHICH IS MARKED WITH THE WORD “STEEL”;

Choke tubes marked with the word “Lead” can beused only for firing lead shot.

Choke tubes marked with the word “Steel” can be

used only for firing steel shot.6.1.5 Reloading ammunition follow reccomendations

of powder manufacturers.Do not blend smokeless and black powders!6.1.6 Do not fire shotshells and powders which

have been in storage for more than 4 years.6.1.7 Use hunting brands of powder only, othewise

barrels will bulge or burst.6.1.8 Do not compress the charge of hunting

smokeless powder.6.1.9 Do not fire a slug which body diameter

exceeds the barrel bore diameter at the choke area.A round slug should be 0.2-0.3 mm smaller in

diameter than the barrel bore at the choke area.A slug with outer fins should be 0.1-0.2 mm smaller

in diameter than the barrel bore , and the body of thisslug should be 0.8-1.0 mm smaller in diameter than thebarrel bore at the choke area.

Do not use a shotshell with a slug protruded fromthe crimped shotshell to avoid inertia priming of thenext shotshell in the magazine.

Reloading ammunition, make sure the slug seats fullyin the shell to avoid its movement inside the shell orfalling it out of the shell into the magazine in shooting.

6.1.10 To avoid local “bean-like” bulges which maybe caused by the shot accidentally escaped from ashell case into the barrel bore, use shotshells withproperly loaded components.

6.1.11 Inspect the barrel bore before loading to checkif it is clogged with snow, dirt or debris. Firing with aclogged barrel bore may cause a bulged or burst barrel.

6.1.12 When reassembling the shotgun aftercleaning and lubrication, make sure the firing pin movesfreely in the bolt and the pin is capable of movingback under the action of the spring.

Check this with the trigger mechanism removedby depressing the firing pin rear end .

6.1.13 WARNING! IF THE SHOTGUN MISFIRED,WAIT ABOUT 30-40 SECONDS AND ONLY THENRELOAD IT.

RELOAD THE SHOTGUN WITH THE BARRELPOINTED IN THE SAFE DIRECTION.

If a shotgun fails to fire when the trigger is pulled,keep it pointed at the target for 30-40 seconds.Sometimes slow primer ignition will cause a “hang-fire” and the shotshell will go off after a short pause.If it still fails to fire, unload the shotgun keeping themuzzle end pointed in a safe direction.

6.1.14 Before disassembling, check to make surethe shotgun is unloaded, the safety is on and there areno shotshells in the magazine.

6.1.15 When disassembling/reassembling / loadingthe shotgun, keep your hands away from the movablesystem parts, especially after pressing the interceptorbutton.

6 . 2 Ope r a t i o n a l P r o c edu r eCAUTION! BEFORE USING A NEW SHOTGUN,

REMOVE THE RUST-PREVENTIVE LUBRICANTS FROMIT AND THEN RELUBRICATE WITH A GUN OIL ASINSTRUCTED IN SUBCLAUSE 6.3.5.

6.2.1 The shotgun is set to the safe/unsafe positionsby means of a safety button (Fig. 3). The “safe” position

is set by pushing this button to the right, the left positionof the button means the “unsafe” position.

6.2.2 The MP-153 shotgun comes with the barrelremoved from the receiver and stock.

To assemble the shotgun:- remove the forend nut (Fig. 2) fitted over the

magazine tube 17;- remove the forend 75 from the magazine tube 17;- push the interceptor button (Fig. 3) back toward

the stock;- fit the barrel 2 with its gas cylinder over the

magazine tube so that its breech faces the receiverwhile inserting the barrel extension into the receiver 3;

- after the barrel extension is inserted, move thebolt handle rearward until the bolt locks in its rearposition;

- insert the barrel extension into the receiver fully;- fit the forend 75 over the gas cylinder and

magazine tube 17, do not force.- put the forend rear end on the ring 22 which is

located on the magazine tube 17 in front of the receiver 3;- CAUTION! To increase the magazine capacity of

the shotgun fitted with the magazine tube extension11, remove the plastic sleeve 14 (which is used in theshotgun during transportation only) in the followingway. Through the side holes in the magazine tube pressin the plastic sleeve lugs, sink the plastic sleeve intothe magazine tube so that it becomes flush with thefront end of the magazine tube, and by swinging actionremove the plastic sleeve while holding it from jumpingout under the action of the magazine tube. TAKE CARE!

AFTER THE PLASTIC SLEEVE IS REMOVED, THEMAGAZINE SPRING BECOMES FREE AND CAN JUMPOUT CAUSING INJURY TO A SHOOTER!

- screw in the forend nut 7 or the magazine tubeextension 11 so that the forend 75 locks securely in itsposition. Before installing the magazine tube extensionwhich increases the magazine capacity by two shotshells,make sure it contains the spring 12 and the adapter 13.Install the forend nut and the magazine tube extensionwith great care;

- after the barrel 2 is inserted into the receiverfully, the forend 75 is fitted over the magazine tube17, the forend nut 7 or extension magazine tube 11 istightened, depress the interceptor button (Fig. 3), thebolt will move forward.

CAUTION! WHILE DEPRESSING THEINTERCEPTOR BUTTON, KEEP YOUR HAND OUT OFTHE BOLT HANDLE TRAVEL PATH AND DO NOTINSERT YOUR HAND INTO THE EJECTION PORT INTHE RECEIVER TO PREVENT INJURY.

If on depressing the interceptor button the boltdoes not move forward or the barrel and forend movelongitudinally, it means that your shotgun is assembledincorrectly. Try tightening the nut further or disassemblethe shotgun in the reverse order, and reassemble itfollowing the above instructions.

6.2.3 Before start or stop using the shotgun, makesure that:

- the chamber and magazine do not containshotshells;

- the safety is on;

- the hammer is released to avoid slackening ofthe main spring.

6 . 2 . 4 T o l o a d t h e s h o t g u n6.2.4.1 To load a single shotshell.CAUTION! DO NOT USE A SHOTSHELL WITH

SHELL LENGTH EXCEEDING THE CHAMBER LENGTHMARKED ON THE BARREL AS THIS MAY CAUSE ADAMAGE LIKE A BURST BARREL.

- point the shotgun in a safe direction;- turn on the safety;- move the bolt rearward until it stops (if the hammer

has been cocked, push the interceptor catch buttontoward the stock and only then the bolt can be movedrearward);

- load a shotshell into the receiver through theejection port keeping the interceptor unpressed;

- keep your hand away from the ejection port zoneand the bolt handle travel zone;

- press the interceptor button (Fig. 3), then thebolt while moving forward will feed a shotshell into thechamber;

- turn off the safety. The shotgun is now ready forshooting.

6.2.4.2 To load the chamber and magazine:- point the shotgun in a safe direction;- turn on the safety;- move the bolt rearward until it stops;- load a shotshell into the receiver through the

ejection port holding the interceptor unpressed;- keep your hand away from the ejection port zone

and the bolt handle movement zone;

- press the interceptor button (Fig. 3), then thebolt while moving forward will feed a shotshell into thechamber;

- insert the next shotshell into the magazine tubethrough the bottom opening, but first push the elevatorup. Compress the magazine spring until the interceptorwill catch the shotshell letting it enter the magazinetube fully;

- insert the rest of the shotshells as described above;- when you are ready to fire, turn off the safety.6.2.5 To remove a shotshell from the chamber, move

the bolt rearward until this shotshell is ejected. In thiscase a shotshell will not be fed from the magazineonto the elevator and the bolt will not go to a stop;

To feed a shotshell from the magazine, all you haveto do push the interceptor catch button toward thestock. In this case the shotshell will be fed from themagazine onto the elevator by carrying it from underthe bolt. Move the bolt rearward and then release it.The bolt will feed a shotshell into the chamber withoutmoving to a stop.

6.2.6 On completion of shooting:- turn on the safety;- make sure that the receiver, chamber and magazine

do not contain shotshells.6.2.7 To unload the shotgun:- point the shotgun in a safe direction;- turn on the safety;- move the interceptor catch button to the rear

(Fig. 3);- move the bolt rearward by means of its handle for

ejection of a shotshell from the receiver;- push the interceptor catch button and close and

open the bolt repeatedly until all shotshells will be spentfrom the magazine;

- make sure the chamber and magazine do not containany shotshells.

6 . 3 M a i n t e n a n c eWARNING! TAKE GREAT CARE WHEN

UNSCREWING THE MAGAZINE TUBE EXTENSION OUTON A SHOTGUN FITTED WITH A HIGHER CAPACITYMAGAZINE. HOLD THE MAGAZINE TUBE EXTENSIONWITH YOUR SECOND HAND TO AVOID JUMPING THEMAGAZINE SPRING OUT.

WHEN REMOVING THE BOLT LOCK FROM THEBOLT, THE BALL THAT SEATS ON THE RIGHT INSIDETHE RECESS IN THE BOLT LOCK, BECOMES FREE.TAKE CARE THAT THIS BALL IS NOT LOST.

DRIFT OUT THE EXTRACTORS PINS UPWARDS.DISASSEMBLY OF THE RETRACTION SPEED

CONTROL IS NOT ADVISED AS THE VALVE SPRINGIS UNDER HIGH TENSION. SHOULD DISASSEMBLYOF THE RECTRACTION SPEED CONTROL BENECESSARY, HAVE IT DISASSEMBLED BY AGUNSMITH QUALIFIED IN REPARING OF SPORTINGAND HUNTING GUNS.

CLEAN AND LUBRICATE THE SHOTGUN ASINSTRUCTED IN SUBCLAUSE 6.3.5 OF THIS OWNER’SMANUAL.

6.3.1 PROPER HANDLING AND MAINTENANCEENSURE LONG SERVICE LIFE AND TROUBLE-FREEOPERATION OF THE SHOTGUN. DISASSEMBLE THE

SHOTGUN COMPLETELY WHEN NECESSARY ONLY.HAVE IT DISASSENBLE COMPLETELY BY AGUNSMITH QUALIFIED IN REPAIRING OF SPORTINGAND HUNTING GUNS.

6.3.2 For routine maintenance (inspection, cleaning andlubrication) strip the shotgun as follows (see Fig. 2):

- remove the forend nut 7;CAUTION! THE SHOTGUN FITTED WITH A HIGHER

CAPACITY MAGAZINE (THE MAGAZINE TUBEEXTENSION 11) HAS NO THE SLEEVE 14. WHENUNSREWING THE FOREND NUT, HOLD IT WITHYOUR HAND TO AVOID JUMPING THE MAGAZINESPRING 15 OUT.

- remove the forend 75;- move the bolt 10-20 mm rearward by the bolt handle

and seperate the barrel from the receiver;- to remove the trigger assembly, drift out two

pins 67 which hold the trigger assembly in place insidethe receiver being sure that the interceptor catch andspring stay in their place;

- remove the bolt handle pulling it out in thedirection perpendicular to the bolt axis;

- remove the piston 20, slide block 23, bolt 30 withbolt lock 41, recoil spring 21 and ring 22;

- detach the bolt lock 41 from the bolt 30.6.3.3 To disassemble completely:- strip the shotgun;- to detach the stock 79, remove the wood screws 81,

detach the butt plate 80 and remove the stock bolt 82;- to disassemble the trigger assembly:1) remove the interceptor catch 68 with spring 69;

2) release the hammer holding it with your fingeras it can strike against the firing pin when moving tothe forward position;

3) drift out the hammer pin 56, sear pin 40, triggerpin 50 and the bolt stop pin 66;

4) drift out the safety pin 46 and remove the safety 43;- to disassemble the bolt:1) drift out the retaining pin 37 of the firing pin ;2) remove the firing pin 40, firing pin spring 39

and the washer 38 holding the bolt lock in its place;3) pull the bolt lock 41 downward. CAUTION!

WHEN REMOVING THE BOLT LOCK FROM THE BOLT,THE BALL THAT SEATS ON THE RIGHT INSIDE THERECESS IN THE BOLT LOCK, BECOMES FREE. TAKECARE THAT THIS BALL IS NOT LOST;

4) drift out the extractors pins 37;CAUTION! DRIFT OUT THE EXTRACTORS PINS

UPWARDS;5) detach the ejectors 36, 31 ejector plungers 34,

33 ejector springs 35, 32.- drift out the interceptor pin 72 and remove the

interceptor 70 with spring 71, interceptor button 73and interceptor button spring 74;

- to remove the tubular magazine spring 15 and thefollower 16, press the plastic sleeve 14 lugs accessiblethrough the side openings in the magazine tube, move thesleeve down the magazine tube until it flushes with themagazine tube front end, turn the sleeve by an angle andremove it. While removing great care should be taken toavoid escape of the cup under the action of the magazinespring 15.

CAUTION! DISASSEMBLY OF THE RETRACTIONSPEED CONTROL IS NOT ADVISED AS THE VALVESPRING IS UNDER HIGH TENSION. SHOULDDISASSEMBLY OF THE RECTRACTION SPEEDCONTROL BE NECESSARY, HAVE IT DISASSEMBLEDBY A GUNSMITH QUALIFIED IN REPARING OFSPORTING AND HUNTING GUNS.

6.3.4 Reassemble in the reverse order:After complete disassembly:- reassemble the tubular magazine;- install the interceptor in the receiver. CAUTION!

TO HOLD THE INTERCEPTOR PIN FROM SHIFTINGDURING SHOOTING, ITS LOWER END SHOULD BECENTER-PUNCHED AROUND THE CONTOUR OF THEOPENING IN THE RECEIVER;

- to reassemble the bolt:1) assemble the extractors with the bolt;2) insert the bolt lock into the bolt as shown in the

figure 4, moving it down until the recess in the boltbecomes visible;

3) insert the ball 6 into the recess in the bolt lockand lift the bolt lock;

4) insert the washer 4 into the rear slot in the boltlock;

5) insert the firing pin 3 with firing pin spring 5into the bolt through the washer;

6) knock in the pin 37 of the firing pin;- reassemble the trigger assembly.CAUTION! TO HOLD THE SEAR PIN FROM

SHIFTING DURING SHOOTING, ITS BOTH ENDSSHOULD BE DIMPLED AROUND THE CONTOUR OF

THE OPENING IN THE TRIGGER BASE. THEINTERCEPTOR CATCH AND SPRING ARE ADVISEDTO BE MOUNTED WITH THE HAMMER COCKED;

- assemble the stock and the butt plate. Take carethat stock-to-receiver fit is tight.

After partial disassembly:- fit the ring over the magazine tube with the ring

22 groove facing forward and then fit the recoil spring;- install the movable system parts. Install the movable

system with the bolt, bolt lock, slide block assy and pistonassembled in a single unit.

The bolt/bolt lock assembly is inserted into thereceiver while the piston is fitted over the magazinetube.

CAUTION! CHECK THAT THE SLIDE BLOCK ASSYAND THE PISTON ARE CORRECTLY CONNECTED - THESLIDE BLOCK BARS SHOULD ENTER THECORRESPONDING CUTS IN THE PISTON.

Before pushing the bolt into the receiver, check tomake sure that shoulders of the ring 22 are correctlylocated on the magazine tube and don’t interfere with theslide block movement.

It is easier to insert the bolt/ bolt lock /slide blockinto the receiver having the shotgun in the horizontalposition; the bolt lock should be pushed down to allowfree movement of the bolt to the rear;

- after the bolt is installed in the receiver (beforefitting the barrel), the bolt handle should be installed;

- to fit the barrel:1) move the forend rearward to the midpoint of its

travel;

2) push the barrel into the receiver;3) holding the barrel by hand, let the bolt move

forward;- fit the forend;- draw up the forend nut.MAKE SURE THAT THE FIRING PIN MOVES

FREELY IN THE BOLT AND THAT IT CAN REBOUNDUNDER THE ACTION OF ITS SPRING IF TO PRESS ONIT WITH YOUR FINGER.

- to install the trigger assembly;1) cock the hammer 55;2) install the trigger assembly.Reassemble the shotgun using no force. Do not drive

in the movable and detachable parts forcibly to avoidscratches and scores on them.

6 .3 .5 C lean ing and lubr icat ion .6.3.5.1 The shotgun should be kept clean and

lubricated. Clean with a soft clean cloth immediatelyafter shooting or within 24 hours of shooting. Whenthe shotgun was fired under winter conditions, keep itindoors for about 2-3 hours and only then start cleaning.

CAUTION! SOLVENTS WHICH ARE USED FORBARREL BORE CLEANING ARE STRONG.PROLONGEDOR EXCESS CONTACT WITH FINISH OR BLUINGCAN DAMAGE THE SHOTGUN’S FINISH. BE SURETO WIPE AWAY ALL EXCESS SOLVENT AND THENLUBRICATE WITH OIL.

6.3.5.2 To clean the barrel bore:- lubricate the barrel bore with any gun oil;- wipe the barrel bore using a cleaning cloth;- to remove carbon deposits and lead fully, repeat

lubricating and wiping several times. If it difficult toremove lead by the above method, you may use a brassbrush or a cleaning rod with brass wire gauze wrappedaround it and thick-coated with a gun grease.

6.3.5.3 Be sure to lubricate the location in the barrelbore where the choke tube thread into and choke tubethreads. Use a gun oil.

6.3.5.4 Do not forget to remove carbon from thegas cylinder parts: the gas cylinder internal surfaces,piston, magazine tube surface.

For removing carbon deposits, use any gun oil orspecial carbon removing solutions. The use of abrasivematerials or metal objects, excepting a brass wire gauze,is not allowable.

6.3.5.5 Apply a thin coat of a lubricant on theshotgun parts, especially when you use the shotgun atnegative temperatures to avoid thickening of a lubricant.Do not forget to lubricate guide cuts in the receiverfor the slide block bars, as well as the outer surface ofthe underbarrel magazine tube.

CAUTION! AVOID USING TOO MUCH OIL ASDUST OR/AND DEBRIS CAN GET TRAPPED IN THEOIL CREATING A GUM THAT WILL CAUSE MISFIRESAND DEFECTS LIKE BULGED BARREL.

6.3.5.6 The parts of the gas system and underbarreltube portion located in the gas cylinder should be onlywiped out after cleaning.

6 .4 D i rect ions for useCAUTION! BEFORE SHOOTING AND AFTER

CHANGING A CHOKE TUBE, MAKE SURE YOUINSTALL THE CHOKE TUBE CORRECTLY ASINDICATED IN SUBCLAUSE 6.4.6.

6.4.1 Long service life and trouble-free operationof the shotgun depend upon proper and careful handling.

6.4.2 Do not fire primers without powder, as thecombustion products of the primer ignition charge willdestroy the barrel bore.

6.4.3 To avoid failure of the shotgun automaticsystem, use the shotshells that enter the chamber readily.

6.4.4 Needlessly do not release the hammers indry, otherwise the firing pins and their springs willLose their durability. To imitate fire (if required), youmay use shells with fired primers. It’s allowed to makea dry shot to prevent the slackening of the main spring.

6.4.5 Do not subject the barrels to knocking toavoid dents on them.

6.4.6 In the case of a shotgun that comes completewith interchangeable choke tubes, fol lowrecommendations given below:

CAUTION! WHEN PERFORMING ANYOPERATIONS WITH CHOKE TUBES (CHANGE OFA CHOKE TUBE, CHECK OF CHOKE TUBETIGHTNESS FULLY TIGHTENED, VISUALINSPECTION), MAKE SURE THE SHOTGUN ISUNLOADED!

BEFORE SHOOTING AND AFTER INSTALLATIONOF A CHOKE TUBE, MAKE SURE THE CHOKE TUBE ISFULLY TIGHTENED. For tightening of a choke tube, usea special wrench which completes your shotgun.

Shooting with loose choke tube can result in burstof gas into the space between the barrel wall and thechoke tube causing deformation of the muzzle or escapeof the choke tube.

Properly installed choke tube should be flush withor some distance down the barrel muzzle. Extended choketube is threaded into the barrel until its end face restsagainst the shoulder in the barrel bore, in this case thegap between barrel muzzle end and shoulder of theextended choke should stay.

Look into the barrel muzzle. The ring at the couplingthe bore with the choke tube where the surface of thebarrel bore overhang the surface of the choke tube channelshould be visible. The distortion of this ring indicatesthe damage of the choke (chipped or bent edges) orits location in the barrel. Shooting with these defectsmay cause the damaged choke tube or shotgun.

If the barrel or choke tube is found to be defectiveor the choke tube escapes from the barrel, stop shootingimmediately and consult a gunsmith qualified in repairingof sporting and hunting guns.

Periodically (every 50-100 shots) check to insurethat the choke tube is seated fully in the barrel. Tighten it,when required.

Remember that choke tubes and locations in barrelswhere choke tubes srcewed into require careful handlingfor prevention of causial deformation of the thin-wallsections. Do not leave a barrel without a choke tubesbeing in place.

6.4.7 In shooting, especially during initial period ofusing the shotgun, periodically tighten the bolt whichsecures the stock to the receiver to avoid loose stock.

6.4.8 If you disassemble several shotguns at thesame time, do not mix their bolt locks and bolts, asthese parts are not interchangeable.

6.4.9 When choosing ammunition for your shotgun,priority should be given to plastic cased shotshells havingstar-type crimping. Do not use metal shell cases.

6.4.10 When using light loads (less than 25 g) orheavy loads (more than 45 g), the adjustment of thegas system may be required if the action fails to operatecorrectly for ensuring trouble-free operation of theshotgun.

WARNING! FOR FIRING THE FIRST 100 SHOTS, USETHE 12GA./70 mm SHOTSHELL WITH LESS THAN 35 gLOAD OR THE 12GA./76 mm AND 12GA./89 mmSHOTSHELLS.

WARNING! DURING INITIAL PERIOD OF USINGTHE SHOTGUN, LUBRICATE IT EACH TIME YOU AREGOING TO FIRE.

WARNING! DURING INITIAL PERIOD OF USINGTHE SHOTGUN, THE MOVABLE SYSTEM RETRACTIONSPEED INCREASES, THAT IS WHY THE ADJUSTMENTOF THE GAS SYSTEM IS NOT DESIRABLE.

If in firing heavy loads, a shell is not fed from themagazine into the chamber, give the gas cylinder nut twoturns counterclockwise using a special wrench comingwith the shotgun.

If in firing 12GA./70 mm shotshells with a lightload, the bolt does not move fully rearward, give the gascylinder nut one turn clockwise. The initial position ofthe front end of the gas cylinder end is marked at thenotch in the front part of the gas cylinder (Fig. 5).

WARNING! TURN THE GAS CYLINDER NUT WITHTHE BARREL FITTED TO THE RECEIVER (Fig. 6).
