After selecting your centre(s), please contact us to request a provisional booking (‘Option’), detailing numbers of students, age range, preferred dates and duration of stay. We will add your booking to our reservations database system. We will then send you a Reservation Form, which outlines our payment schedule.

For groups, the standard payment schedule is as follows:• Deposit, amounting to 10% of the total course fees (non-refundable), payable on 1st March. This will secure your booking.• Instalment of 20% of the course fees, due on 1st May• Balance of 70% of the course fees, payable at least one month before arrival

Some centres have different payment schedules which will be detailed in the reservation form.

A registration fee of £100 is payable at the time of booking on all courses for Individuals (for the US this is $150, for Canada this is $150 CAD). The registration fee is non-refundable. The balance of the booking is payable at least one month before arrival.

If you request any additional services (e.g. airport transfers for groups or optional excursions), the cost of these will be included in your final invoice.
