Objectives: e Bachelor of BusinessAdministration (BBA) is the degreethat is conferred upon a student afterthree years of full-time study in one ofthe areas of business concentrations,such as Finance, Marketing or HumanResource Management. e BBAprogram includes general businesscourses and advanced courses forspecific specializations.

Eligibility: +2 in any stream

Scopes:

1. Higher studies options after BBA:Like other graduation coursescandidates have the option to go infor Master’s course. Some of theoptions available are MBA – is is one of the most

popular options. e candidateswill be to join the corporateworld in Managerial roles afterthe course.

Post Graduate Diploma – ereare various specialization likeFinance, Marketing, HumanResource Management,Information Technology etc.

2. Service options after BBA: Jobs inGovernment Sector after BBA-Inthe Government sectors thecandidates must check thenotifications for job opportunitiesregularly. Some of the jobspreferred include the banking jobs.Also another option available is

that Civil Service stream. Also theyhave the option to appear for statelevel exams like PSC or the railwaystest etc.

Higher Study:After BCA they have to do some masters’ degreecourse. When it comes to masters’ degreecourses, they can take up MCA, MS, M. Sc.Information Technology, which will provide anin-depth knowledge to the BCA students in theirown field.

Schools through School Service Commission(SSC). Apart from these, many governmentinformation technology companies andgovernment companies like BHEL, NSDL,MTNL and BSNL are hiring BCA graduates.

years B.Sc Biotechnology (Hons.) programme is designed to providestudents with a grounding in the various disciplines like Biochemistry,Genetics, Microbiology, Chemistry, Immunology and Bio-statistics,Cell Biology, Bioinformatics while highlighting the recent possibilitiesto meet the needs for graduate study in most fields of modern science.

Scopes: Biotechnology can be applied in developing variousvaccines, medicines and diagnostics, improving energy productionand conservation and increasing productivity. Today the essence ofbiotechnology is most prominent in the field of genetic researchesand drug designing.
