Alpha bag activity
During this activity an Alpha bag was made using charts in which all
the things made during all the activities were kept. The nursery
children enjoyed a lot doing this Alpha bag activity.
Numbers Identification (1-10) and Heavy-Light pre math concept was done for the Nursery
children. The concept was explained clearly by using objects.
Skip count by 10’s
Skip counting by 10’s activity was conducted for the pp2 children by
using ice cream sticks. They counted in tens and learnt the concept.
Ant and the Pigeon (Story):The story Ant
and the pigeon was enacted by the
teachers using handmade props and flash
cards. Children listened to the story with
excitement.
Diwali Celebration
Diwali celebrations: On November 6th 2018, students of pre-primary celebrated
Diwali in the school premises, with a lot of enthusiasm. The Teachers conducted
a special assembly and explained the significance of Diwali festival. They
enacted the story of Lord Krishna and Satya bhama who killed the demon
Narakasura. They created awareness among the students by conveying a special
message to celebrate eco friendly Diwali by avoiding bursting of crackers. The
significance of celebrating pollution free Diwali was reiterated.

children celebrated children’s day on
14th November 2018, in the special
assembly, they performed skits on
community helper and party
etiquettes. The teachers planned
movie time for the children and
arranged one of the AV room as PMS
theatre with a ticket counter and
seating arrangements. Children were
very excited to watch the Ice age-4
movie and enjoyed a lot during the
show.

Drama King Story Competition
Drama king, a story competition was held for the children of pp2. They participated very
actively in the competition. They brought their favorite toy and said the story.
Special Vehicles Numbers
Special Vehicles: Special vehicles and their numbers were taught by teachers for
the pp1 children showing flash cards.

1 to 10 Class The World of Animals, 2-11-2018
A zoo was created in the garden to describe different types of animals. Puppets of animals were collected and kept together. Children identified the type of animal and explained about it. There were the land animals like lion, elephant, Monkey, Tiger ,etc, plant eaters like cow, rabbit, etc and flesh eaters like lion, tiger, foxes and leopards. This type of play way method activates a child's brain. It is helpful to recollect the lesson by active participation.
Seasons activity,2-11-2018
The children were asked to bring cotton clothes, raincoats, umbrellas
sweaters, scarves, gloves, etc as a part of this activity.
Each child brought one of these things .To help the children identify
different activities they do in different seasons, they were divided into
groups according to the seasons .They wore cotton clothes and held
water bottles to explain the summer season .Children wore rain coats
and used umbrellas to demonstrate the monsoon season .They wore
sweaters and jackets to show winter season. They were able to
recognise and identify different clothes they wear in different seasons.
Competitions on Saturday, 3-11-2018
As a part of Saturday activity, the following competitions were conducted level wise. Story telling for classes 1, 2, 3, Word building for classes 4&5 and Greeting card making activity for classes 6&7.Facing an interview for classes 8,9&10.Children took active participation in all the competitions.
Diwali celebration, 06-11-2018
Diwali –the festival of lights was celebrated with joy and enthusiasm. The significance of the four day festival was shared with the students. A song and a dance in sync with the festivity were also rendered. The eco-friendly techniques and safety measures to be taken during the celebrations were
also shared with the students.
Competitions on Saturday, 10-11-2018
Competitions in Basket ball, Foot ball, Story Telling in different
languages were held for classes 1-10 as a part of Saturday activity.
Inter School Premier League,12-11-2018 to 17-11-2018
The ISPL matches in various sports events were conducted
in the school premises .The events included Basketball,
Cricket, Football, Table Tennis, Kabaddi, Swimming and
Chess .Many schools participated in the matches.
The ISPL closing ceremony was a
grand event. The winners were
awarded with trophies, medals and
certificates.
Children’s day celebration,14-11-2018
A captivating assembly was conducted to entertain the students .The teachers put up a
fantastic show by conducting a special assembly comprising of speeches, songs, ulta pulta
news, identify the celebrity, a skit in Hindi, riddles quiz and a dance performance .The children
enjoyed every bit of it thoroughly .The highlight of the event was the thunderous dance
performance by the teachers.

Taekwondo Champions
Certificates and medals were given away to the winners in Kyorugi & Poomsae Taekwondo Championship organized by Medchal Malkajgiri district Taekwondo Association
Trinity college of London-GESE
Trinity college of London conducted GESE(Graded Examination in Spoken English) on Saturday .The results were announced and the provisional certificates were given to the students who got though the examination.
