We would suggest relaxing in the swimming pool and various wellness areas. In the following months, treatments are mainly performed in the spinal area with the woman lying on her side. Only caresses are allowed in the abdominal area. We recommend relaxing in the swimming pool and wellness areas, and taking short bio-sauna sessions of a few minutes each, alternating with lukewarm/cold showers on the legs.

In the last months we suggest undergoing treatments in a seated or supine position, alternating treatments with breathing exercises. We would suggest relaxing in the swimming pool and various wellness areas. It is very important for expectant mothers to take good care of their body.

Access to the “goccia d’oro” spa is only permitted wearing the bathrobes, towels and slippers provided in your room. Access to the Wellness and Relax area (sauna area – lower floor) is reserved for guests aged 15 years and over.For health and safety reasons, it is important that you always wear slippers when moving from one area to another.It is not permitted to wear them in the sauna rooms.

Thank you!5 REASONS WHYSAUNAS SHOULD BE USEDWITHOUT A BATHING SUIT:

1.If you enter the sauna cabins without a bathing suit, heat radiation can penetrate

deep into your skin, which is important for the beneficial effect of the sauna.

2.If exposed to high temperatures, synthetic bathing suits may release toxins

or other harmful substances.

3.In the sauna cabin, the body sweats and the sweat would accumulate

in the bathing suits, preventing evaporation and thus also the cooling. This would hinder the desired effect of the sauna.

4.If the bathing suit is made of synthetic materials, sweating wouldn’t be a good feeling.

Unpleasant smells may arise and bacteria may be collected or transmittedthrough the cloth may occur.

5.If you subsequently access the pool with the same bathing suit, it would

“wash” itself in the water. This would obviously be anti-hygienic for the other guests who are bathing.
