Case for promotion of Senior Women Medical Officers (BS-18) (from

seniority No. 01 to 114) to the rank of Additional Principal Women Medical Officers

(BS-19) is under process in P&SH Department. Perusal of record shows that

Confidential Report Dossiers of most of SWMOs is incomplete. A list of 104 SWMOs is

attached.

2. All concerned SWMOs are directed to complete their CR Dossiers / ACRs

upto 2017 forthwith and sent to the undersigned or personally deposit the same within

a week positively, failing which their cases will not be considered for promotion.
