Introduction

Aging is inevitable – it affects us all, in more

ways than one.

The effects of aging become more undeniable

as you get older. Your skin starts to sag, your

vision becomes dim, and you may start to pack

on some pounds even when you’re not eating

excessively.

You may even develop certain age-related

health problems.

You may not be able to turn back the clock on aging, but you can certainly make it tick more

slowly. What’s the secret?

Antioxidants.

You’ve undoubtedly heard about their healing powers, but do you know what they really are

or what they do in your body? Antioxidants protect your cells against free-radical damage,

helping to promote or protect various aspects of your health and wellness.

Not only are they a powerful tool in the war against aging, they can be easily found as well.

As naturally-occurring substances, they are found in fresh fruits and vegetables – including

some that you eat every day! To harness their nutritional powers, simply consume more of

them.

But, what if you don’t enjoy eating fruits and vegetables? What if you don’t have time to

cook?

In this report, you’ll find the simple solution to boost your daily intake of antioxidants with

minimal effort – fresh smoothies! So, if you’re ready to turn back the hands of time and

restore your youth with a drink, keep reading!

10 Antioxidant-Rich Smoothies

In order to know exactly what antioxidants do, you need to first understand what free radicals

are. They’re highly volatile compounds with the ability to bind to healthy cells in the body.

Free radicals are reactive because they have an unpaired electron – they seek out other cells

and bind to them, stealing/donating an electron from/to that cell. Antioxidants neutralize

them by binding and donating one of their own electrons to them.

So, where can you find them? That’s easy – they’re everywhere!

Found in many fruits and vegetables, some of

the richest sources include berries, beans,

apples, and potatoes. They are also available

in some nuts and seeds, like walnuts, pecans,

and hazelnuts as well as dark chocolate and

certain herbs and spices. If you want to

increase your intake of antioxidants, simply

use these ingredients to make healthy

smoothies! Here are ten tasty recipes to try

at home:
