With Marvin’s guidance the Graymoor Devondale Police Department developed into one of the most experienced and professional departments in the state. Marvin also “helped out” in many other ways from making sure street signs were replaced or repaired to clearing trees from roads during storms. share your ideas, maybe get a few new ideas and best of all, visit with neighbors. For those of you that like to help organize an event, we could useyour help too.

Becoming a part of this year’s tour is easy; just contact our Council Member, Jeff Morgenthau, at (603) 566-2935 or [email protected] formore information. Once Jeff confirms the number of residents participating in this year’s tour and to ensure everyone has time to visit the homes onthe tour, we will establish the hours.

If the Graymoor-Devondale Garden Tour is new to you, here’s information that should be helpful:

Several weeks before the tour, promotional signs will be posted around the city announcing the date and time of this year’s tour. By May 31st the addresses of homes on the tour will be posted on graymoor-devondale.com and printed copies will be placed on the front

door of our City Office at 1500 Lynn Way. On the morning of June 3rd, signs, balloons and several copies of the list of the homes on the tour will be delivered to each home partici-

pating in the garden tour. Anyone visiting your home should be given a copy of the list of the homes on the tour. Those just wanting to visit and enjoy the tour are encouraged to pick up the list of the homes on the tour, the city office, one of the homes

on the tour or print a copy from on graymoor-devondale.com. This is a free event, sponsored by the city.

Jeff is stepping in to coordinate this year’s Garden Tour as the founding coordinator of our city’s garden tours, Ted Wright, is taking a break thisyear. We owe the success of our previous garden tours to Ted, as he and his little dog Zeus, walked our city’s streets and talked to residents aboutour garden tour. Ted’s work is appreciated so very much and I will miss working with him.
