• To find out information we need to ask open questions.

What is closed question?
A closed question can be answered by a simple “yes” or “no”.
Examples of closed questions are:• Do you like chocolate cake?• May I use the bathroom?• Can I help you with that?

What is an open question?
An open question requires more thought and more than a simple one-word answer – they always start with - WHICH
- WHEN
- WHO
- WHERE
- WHY
- WHAT
- HOW.
