INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the FIFA TMS training session!

We have created a more dynamic practice session to help you become a proficient ITMS ASSOCIATION user!

NOTE that to understand and complete some of the exercises, you must first have a basic knowledge of the “club user” role.

To take full advantage of this training session, take some time to go through the instructions and make sure that everything is clear before you start practising.

STEPS TO BE FOLLOWED

Read

• Carefully read the instructions and/or scenario for each exercise• Identify the task(s) to be performed

• Consult the relevant sections before starting working on the exercise

Do

• Complete the task(s) in the ITMS test system, if applicable• When editing the stakeholders details, DO NOT SAVE the updates

• Transfers should reach the relevant status• Make sure you understand everything before moving on to the next

1. ACCESSING ITMS – LOST PASSWORD INFORMATION

Tip no. 1: When you become a ITMS user and receive your username…REMEMBER:If you forget your password, you can always create a new one using the “Lost password” function available on the ITMS login page.

1. ACCESSING ITMS – PASSWORD TIP

Tip no. 2: ITMS passwords must contain a minimum of eight characters, including at least:

- One upper-case and one lower-case letter- One special character- One number- Example: System-2014

4. MINOR APPLICATIONS – INSTRUCTIONS


Select two association test accounts. Log in to the test system with one of the selected accounts.

Enter the details, taking into account all of the information provided in the scenario slide (no.18).

The minor application should reach “Awaiting counter approval” status.

Review the exception invoked and the mandatory documents uploaded. Approve minor application.

The minor application should reach “Awaiting assignment” status.

6. PLAYER CONFIRMATION – INSTRUCTIONS


Select two clubs and two association test accounts as you will be playing both roles.

Initially log in to the test system as one of the club users.

Once the club confirms the transfer, the transfer should reach “Awaiting confirmation of player” status.

Once the association confirms the player, the transfer should reach “Awaiting ITC request” status.

The transfer should reach “Awaiting ITC delivery” status.

Log in to ITMS with the relevant releasing association selected in exercise 6.

Deliver the ITC after uploading the player’s football passport. There are no pending sanctions for this player.

The transfer should reach “Awaiting ITC receipt” status.

Log in to ITMS with the relevant engaging association selected in exercises 6 and 7.

Process the ITC receipt

The transfer should reach “Closed” status as there were no payments involved.

10. RESPONSE TO ITC REJECTION – SCENARIO

You are logged in to ITMS reviewing your pending tasks.

In your “Open Tasks” dashboard, you have a transfer in the “Respond to rejected ITCs” folder.

Consult the relevant section to learn how to respond to the ITC rejection.

11. PROVISIONAL REGISTRATION – SCENARIO

You are logged in ITMS reviewing your “Players to register” folder.

Your association requested an ITC 16 days ago but the former association did not respond. This transfer is in “Awaiting confirmation of provisional registration” status.

Consult the relevant section to learn how to provisionally register a player.
